Awesomely amazing service...especially their customer service…read more After waiting a month to get some plumbing fixed in my apartment after the property management company dropped the ball, they wound up having to hire Lower. They came out the next day and determined that they had to have access to the basement apartment. Three days later they came back. Having to deal with pushback from the basement tenant, they had to ask for assistance from the property management company. They, unfortunately, had to witness a pretty serious altercation between property management and the tenant. They held their own respectfully and were able to finish the job. Kennedy & Sam were my techs both times. Both were very personable and genuine in the service I provided.

They were very amazing in finding solutions to bring the electric system up to date and more safe in an older home. Renee did a great job keeping me updated on progress and reassuring me that things were on track. I really appreciated him and his team a ton! This project was a big one and every other electric company I reached out to didn't want to take it on because of the DIY work from previous owners and aluminum wiring. I really went out on a limb trusting Joel, and it was his knowledge, details, prompt explanations and willingness to answer any questions that really helped me choose CWC, and on day 1 of the electric work, I felt reassured in my decision after meeting Renee and his coworkers. Thank you so much again!

I checked with them about an approximate arrival time and when he told me how busy he was, I told him that we could wait a day or two because we had power and others didnt, and to call me with a new day and time. He never did this but says he showed up at my house at 645 PM and claims to have knocked and rang bell and noone answered so he drove away. Never called us or anything. Our doorbell does not work but does not need to as I have several dogs. Nooone barked- How does that happen?? And why wouldnt you call before driving away? What if someone was in the shower or something, I mean after all, we did not know he was still coming as he never bothered to let us know, even after promising to call before coming over as I told him I am frequently tied up with my disabled son. Anyway, called him today to see when he is coming and he was hostile and told me he was here and on and on and now wont even consider making us an appt until next week?? I am glad that he has so much business that he can behave this way. I know he wont be troubled by us again. If you are looking for manners and good customer service, I would keep looking.
