Plain and simple: the tech staff HATES cats. If you ask them to perform a service, be sure that you are present to see them actually do what you have asked them to do, as they will bill you for it and not do it! They were asked to clean our cat's ears and they said they did but the cat's ears are darkly colored inside, not dirty. They were also asked to apply a topical anti-flea product, but instead of applying the product properly, they dumped it onto the cat's head, saturating her fur, and that made her sick - her ears and head were beet red the next day. My cousin who is a vet technician visited us that day to clean the cat's ears - they were FILTHY inside - and also gave the cat a bath to remove the irritating product from her head - all of her fur on her ears fell out as a result of THEIR over-application and mis-application of the product. MBVH charged us for the ear cleaning that they obviously never did. We were ripped off and our cat was harmed. Shame.

I took my mini goldendoodle there for a cut and bath and showed the groomer a picture of what i wanted. My dog was completely shaved he looks like a rat, his belly was cut and bleeding afterwards and the leash I took him there with was completely destroyed. I called to speak to the groomer about the situation as none of it was brought to my attention at pickup. She denied everything and acted like she had no idea. When the owner Toni called me the next day she was extremely rude and wouldn't even let me talk. She just wanted to tell me how mean my dog was and tell me I needed to have him neutered. She never apologized for the incident or offered a solution to rectify my experience. I understand mistakes happen, but be upfront about it and if you own a business customer service should be a practiced skill. I've reported this business to the BBB Especially after having to take my dog to the vet to have his belly looked at to prevent infection which cost me even more money! i highly encourage anyone thinking about going here to think otherwise.
