I was pretty excited when I initially hired Toni to do some cat-sitting things for my elderly…read moremother. Things like taking the cat to the vet, changing litter, some grooming. She was very sweet on the phone and via email. She was licensed, insured, and certified, which made me feel confident about our burgeoning business relationship. She had contracts, and she provided them to me in a timely fashion electronically. But then, a week or so later, after the contracts were negotiated and signed, she informed me that her rates weren't accurately-represented in her contract, and she would need to charge extra for things like transportation to the vet. Simple enough, right? So I asked her to provide me with a new contract that specified her rate schedule and we could renegotiate. Not unusual, pretty average stuff in business. However, in response to this, she said that my request was "too technical" and was "making her nervous." She also didn't have receipts to provide for individual payments in cash, which is unusual. She was a very nice lady, and I'm sure she is great with animals, but it was all really unprofessional in the end. I expect this sort of behavior from the neighbor kid I hire to mow the lawn. Not from someone who runs a small business.

I used Pet Amigo and everything was great then they raised their rates. The reason why I decided to…read moreterminate their service was the gal that usually watched my dogs left and I was told that they would charge me an additional rate for the new person to come to my house to learn the routine.(I have special needs dogs) I should not be charged due to their employee issues. When I emailed them that i was not going to be using them then they told me that I misunderstood that they would never have charged me then they threw an employee under the bus saying they must have misunderstood. I asked for my key back and they gave me my old keys (had new locks put in so they got the new keys) then asked for my new keys and they didn't know where it was and asked me to described it. When I got both keys back I realized dangling on my original key was a copy of my house key. They never had authorization to make a copy of my house key nor did they tell me they had that done. Overall, I would not recommed this company. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

I've been taking my dog to Aunt Linda's for many years. I followed this grooming business from Luna…read morePier, MI to the current location in Point Place, OH. Neither location was convenient for me, but the service is so outstanding that I would follow them anywhere! First off, the groomers who work here are very gentle with my dog. They are aware that she is fragile and yet strong willed. They treat her with love and report any medical concerns they observe. I have peace of mind in dropping her off. They are also aware that I don't want to have her there longer than needed (because grooming is inherently stressful) and they communicate with me so that I'm aware of how busy they are on a given day so I can decide to bring my dog in earlier or later. It appears that Clarissa is in charge of overall management. She and all of the groomers are wonderful! Second, they do a great job of grooming my dog and always ask if I want them to do anything differently each time. I couldn't be happier with this business and highly recommend it. By the way, there is easy parking behind the building.

I needed to find a new groomer for my dog. I called Aunt Linda's. When I went in to pick him up, I asked how he was they said he was a hand full and they had to use two groomers on him so they would have to charge me more. They said every spot they touched, he squealed. They said if I bring him back and he behaves better it would be less. I paid 83.00 tip included. I can't imagine how our poor baby boy felt. The little guy is hard of hearing and his vision is bad.I feel bad just leaving him there. He was all curled in a ball in the cage and when I mentioned it she laughed and said he wore himself. Needless to say I won't be back and I would only send you pet if isn't and doesn't have joint pain . I guess old
