I bought a new 2025 John Deere 1025R September 23 from a kid that only had 4 months working at…read moreHutson under his belt. I should have asked for someone more experienced so that's on me. I won't post the multiple problems I had due to his inexperience, which was ALOT! I will post about the delays in receiving my tractor. I asked when I'd probably receive it. He said it was in Clinton, Kentucky so a couple days. This was a Tuesday so I figured Thursday or Friday I would have my tractor. I didn't hear anything from Hutson the rest of that week. The next Monday I contacted my sales guy and he told me it would be there that night and it would be delivered the next day (September 30th). September 30 is here and I contact the sales guy to see about what time my tractor will be here today. He replied looks like tomorrow or maybe Thursday. He said a truck was down and it added some time to the delivery. At the very least he could have told me about the delay. I'm sitting here waiting for a tractor that isn't coming. And remember, it's not just the delay that upsets me. It's the delay plus all the other stuff I didn't mention added to the delay that is so frustrating. I would skip Hutson and buy from somewhere else if I were you.

Very poor experience with Booth trying to run diagnostics on our tractor. Their communication was…read moreterrible. They did not call us back when they said they would. They had our tractor almost 3 weeks when they said they would look at it in a couple of days. we were very specific that we only wanted the tractor plugged into the software for diagnostics. When that showed nothing they proceeded to take things apart to try to find the problem without our consent. They tried to charge us for a day and half of labor when we were never once made aware of the situation and gave them permission to do further diagnostics. They were running tests that had already been performed previously but they did not listen to us. The tractor came back in worse shape than when we left it. They took things apart and did not put them back together. They took the fuel system apart and left it open allowing it to fill with air. The dash is showing 2 codes when they said it was showing none. They did us a "favor" and knocked our bill down from a day and half labor to $550 when all we asked was for the tractor to be plugged in. very dishonest company.

Went back to Rural…read moreKing 3 times within an hour and a half and had HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERY TIME I WENT. I had a plethora of things I needed and asked one of the girls that was socializing up front for help, she responded with using her finger to point in the direction of where to find what I needed. Tried to get another person to help and she too responded with a pointer finger. I ended up pushing two carts by myself on one trip and not a single person offered help. I don't think that's too much to expect from a store like this as Lowes, Menards, and Home Depot are always willing. I also was looking to purchase 2 of the biggest/most expensive shop vacs that rural king has to offer, which they didn't have in stock, and they tried to get me to buy the smaller/cheaper ones instead. Fortunately I convinced the manager to sell me the display unit at a discounted price (turns out it was missing parts too.) The prices on ALL of the pressure washers were wrong, it took about 45 minutes to get an employee to get another employee, who in turn had to get another employee to help me find the right pressure washer. I would have spent another $150-$200 on gloves, but they did not have ANY of the right material gloves in stock for men, and were unwilling to check to see if they had any backstock. The ONLY reason I give 2 stars is because the lot guy (the only 18-20 year old guy I saw at the store) was more than willing to help me load everything in my truck after I asked him on my first visit, and when he recognized me upon my return he again offered to help. For such a big business you would think that there would be more than ONE helpful employee in the whole building...

I didn't notice until I got to my house that the girl put my under Armour outfits, which were off-white and gray in the bucket with my brake fluid and my grease tube, the outfits were not in a sack. If there had been one smudge of crap on those outfits they would've went back with for once acting like a karen! I can't believe she threw that in there I usually don't get upset, but when I saw this I thought how stupid! Ok, I had my karen moment.
