Seriously, you aren't a bank, and this isn't a mortgage!You are a franchise and what kind of insurance do I have that someone isn't planning to relocate to the Cayman's? Then, I found out they messed up the schedule I submitted. So, they are going to bill and take money out of my account based on a faulty schedule. Some of the workers are gems, but the ownership feels sketchy to me. Buyer beware.

Lkisha, the phlebotomist, called the day before and showed up right on time. She is friendly, detailed, and very professional. I've had some difficult draws, but she has the knack. Did the blood draws for my Genova kit and was in and out so quickly.
