I was talked to pretty harshly and condescending regarding my teeth brushing and flossing skills. I'm all for learning to perform better, but not when someone is being rude about it. Returned days after due to excruciating tooth pain afterwards, and they said I pretty much had no choice but to extract my tooth. This day and age, and given how old I am, I thought that sounded pretty prehistoric. I had a bad wisdom tooth which had been painful on and off for a long time. I went to a Dentist in the UK, they took an X Ray of it and said there was no way they could take it out. So I was a little sceptical whether this chap could sort it but he looked at it, took an X Ray and said he could remove it. I was expecting to go through a bit of pain with this procedure but it turned out fine. He extracted it and I could feel it coming out - it was big and there was some blood. But his nurse cleaned it up and sent me on my way. Overall, I thought this a professional service and had complete trust in him. He and the nurse were very friendly to me too and put me at ease. Fortunately, I have had no trouble with my teeth since then but if I do, I'll be back to him.

The clinic was closed the Dentist did not turn up, as she went on holiday, and for the following week too, which they referred to as EMERGENCY. Had to wait on the street in the rain. Wasted my time. Called up the practice, Shivam Practice Manager picked up, he literally disconnected the phone. When I complained the owner/director (face of the business and not a dentist) said ''GET OUT' and do not come to his clinic. Complain to whoever you want. He said he was very learned. Not Professional but very Arrogant and disrespectful. Even when Dr Nikita tried to resolve the issue, she was not allowed. This treatment was meted to us in spite of telling them that my husband was a heart patient and should not be upset as we are now advanced in age.. Bad Service. Bad Management.
