I had a bad wisdom tooth which had been painful on and off for a long time. I went to a Dentist in the UK, they took an X Ray of it and said there was no way they could take it out. So I was a little sceptical whether this chap could sort it but he looked at it, took an X Ray and said he could remove it. I was expecting to go through a bit of pain with this procedure but it turned out fine. He extracted it and I could feel it coming out - it was big and there was some blood. But his nurse cleaned it up and sent me on my way. Overall, I thought this a professional service and had complete trust in him. He and the nurse were very friendly to me too and put me at ease. Fortunately, I have had no trouble with my teeth since then but if I do, I'll be back to him.

My dentist was Dr. Prakash Bhula and Nikki was his assistant. I already had a crown on the tooth that was aching, but no root canal. And, I had went back to the place that provided the horrible and aggressive cleaning, and they indicated I would need my tooth extracted-GROSS! I told this info to Dr. Bhula. I also let him know that I have unfortunately a lazy, almost-lock jaw. Knowing this, he moved quickly. He was able to locate all three canals after drilling through my crown. He drilled one all the way to the root, another halfway, and the 3rd partially-but far enough to inject antibiotic into the canals. Because I can only open my mouth a small amount when in the dentist chair, Dr. Bhula was unable to drill the remaining two completely, and referred me to a specialist. Although I still have more work to be done, I am very satisfied on what Dr. Bhula could accomplish. I'm a problem patient and he couldn't have tried harder and been nicer about it all. The clinic was closed the Dentist did not turn up, as she went on holiday, and for the following week too, which they referred to as EMERGENCY. Had to wait on the street in the rain. Wasted my time. Called up the practice, Shivam Practice Manager picked up, he literally disconnected the phone. When I complained the owner/director (face of the business and not a dentist) said ''GET OUT' and do not come to his clinic. Complain to whoever you want. He said he was very learned. Not Professional but very Arrogant and disrespectful. Even when Dr Nikita tried to resolve the issue, she was not allowed. This treatment was meted to us in spite of telling them that my husband was a heart patient and should not be upset as we are now advanced in age.. Bad Service. Bad Management. PLEASE NOTE the Good reviews are perhaps from their own staff eg. Jayen is also the name of their Practice Manager who reviewed only their practices at Stoddard Road and Point Chev. He says his product is outstanding and his prices are very competitive since he doesn't have all of the overheads since going out on his own. Joe was very friendly and definitely accommodating for the concerns my elder family friend raised. What she wants is the perfect fit and he argues they can provide. My friend is thinking about it but definitely they are high on the list of denture providers she is considering.
