Just because a person comes from a "highly attuned spiritual family" doesn't mean they're also highly spiritually attuned -- that's like saying "she comes from a highly musical family" but she can't carry a tune or keep the beat. (I myself come from an *extremely* Christian family -- Bible Belt! -- but I have since learned the truth about that religion and am no longer the slightest bit Christian nor will I ever be again.) As I said, both my husband and I are *extremely* intuitive and can sense people's energy, and the energy we get from this man is "used car salesman" with not a shred of spirituality. In any case, his pushy car-salesman attitude was the real issue. That said, my husband and I did stop by the Youngfield store a couple days ago, and although we didn't encounter "Mr Mask" (and mask or not, the attitude was the problem) the lady at the register was also very "car-lot sales-y", listing off all the things on sale, the readings going on that day, etc. While some might find that helpful, we found it rather off-putting, as we had come in for a specific purpose, not a 3-minute sales pitch. There is nothing wrong with welcoming customers in and saying, "If you need any help just let us know." (Ashley at the 44th Ave location got this right, every time!) I was standing in line behind a gentleman and when it was my turn at the counter, the guy with the gray/white hair told the lady working the counter to leave the counter and told another lady to come check me out which was odd and he had a very nasty look on his face. Then the lady at the counter asked me if I had a membership and I said no, She then says "ok don't worry we are not pushy" and then proceeds to laugh and say "at least I don't think so". They know exactly what they are doing. If a spiritual store is worried about people stealing or whatever then they you are NOT the real deal and it is a reflection of who they are and what they are actually doing. If you are alarmed or uncomfortable by a women of color coming into your shop while your shop is named Goddess/Isis you should NOT be in business! This place is not sacred or safe. Buy your stuff online or go to a place with integrity, a place that has respect and honors spirituality and people, all people. Avoid this place and do not support this business.

I was ready to ask for a business card and before opening my mouth she gave me a flyer and a card and asked me to come to her Intuitive Class. I'm a bit shy when I enter her classes but its always an enjoyable experience that helps me overcome my life's largest obstacles. The first half of her class begin with a lecture about a topic, (love, getting over guilt, energy vibrations, past lives...) and I always find it a blessing to listen to her ideas on how our behavior alters our energy and therefore the outcomes we do - and dont - expect to see. During the reading she confirms some items from their personal lives (making sure she is a real psychic) and then ties her lecture to the behavior they are exhibiting in their real life, making people realise how their actions affect their environment and ultimately their success. Her reading is enjoyable because she is funny as well as compassionate, I have laughed every night I attended. Services Deb provides; cd's and mp3 downloads of Intuitive Classes, cards to connect with love ones past, psychic readings before and after Intuitive Class, and something I havent tried yet Mentorship Classes. The mp3 can be difficult to download I would go for the CD instead as it provides me a good chance to relax and meditate which helps me do my "homework" to connect with my intuition. I also have the cards to help me connect with my guides and family passed on, it helps to have a conversation and guidance from family I no longer can pick up the phone for.
