I was there with my daughter, who is a young child. Yes, she was walking around and touching things...she's a child in a children's boutique. Of course, I was keeping an eye on her, and she wasn't being reckless, damaging anything, or disrupting other customers. What really made the experience uncomfortable was the way the woman working there was watching us like a hawk and making comments nearly every time my daughter touched something. After a while, it became so uncomfortable and frustrating that I finally told her, "Listen, if she breaks something, I'll buy it." I completely understand wanting customers to treat the merchandise respectfully, but there is a way to communicate that without making parents feel like they're being constantly monitored or judged. Please let people shop in peace and allow parents to parent their children. I'm really disappointed because I genuinely loved shopping here.

We live near Sacramento and didn't find out until we were home and presented them to our daughter in law. We called the store to inform them of this. We understand mistakes happen and they handled it with concern and apologized. They were so Helpful and kind. They owned the mistake and mailed us a pair the next day! That was the ONLY service she gave me, which she quickly turned around and went to assist the non POC customers who walked in the same time as me.
