I decided to give it a try since her eyebrows looked great and the spot is near my house. The studio is clean. The ladies cleaned the chairs, mirrors, and everything the customer touches. They also changed gloves after each customer and were wearing their mask. I liked that the lady listened to how I wanted my eyebrows to look and even drew it in so I can see it before they started. I will explain shortly why I say they. So here is my con. First, the time it took my eyebrows was a bit more than normal. It took 30 mins. I was in the studio for 45 minutes in total. Second, one lady started then there was about a 10 min wait before another lady came and finish tweezing my eyebrows. No communication whatsoever. The second lady asked me what color I wanted to tint my eyebrows. My appointment was only for shape. Overall, I was happy with the way my eyebrows turned out

Love sitting on the massage chairs. It's so relaxing! Today I got a Rubber gel manicure & regular pedi done by Yoselin. Paid about $100 including tip. She was really helpful and friendly. She made conversation and explained to me the routine care of my nails since it's my first time getting rubber gel. She also finished before the expected time which was great. The ambiance is nice. They play music and overall it's pretty relaxing. The decoration is also really aesthetic. Clean bathroom. Overall everything looks clean and tidy. The receptionist came around offering drinks, which is thoughtful. The only thing I didn't like is that nobody was in the reception desk to greet me and even though there were two staff members without clients I still had to wait a couple of mins before being greeted/helped. Other than that, great experience! Will be back!
