The staff here is very friendly and really know how to deal with a line of hungry mall shoppers.  The rewards app is an easy and quick way to earn your way to a free pretzel.  I will continue to come here when at any mall. Not far is Ben's soft pretzels which is also pretty good.  I prefer Auntie Anne's but I'd suggest trying both before declaring a favorite.
