Brandon G, the sales person acknowledged me, and said it would be about 20 minutes. When he could, he began my activation while the other customer was in download mode. Brandon was calm, polite and very efficient- answering all of our questions (she and I both). Excellent customer service Brandon ! The other iPhone 17 pro we would only be responsible for the tax on the upgraded phone. Come to find out we are being billed for the full retail price of both phones. Angela had us on the line for an hour before telling us a manager will be calling us shortly. We are still waiting for that phone call. Verizon is not what it used to be. It is an absolute shame what this company has become, and we will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
