This company has done work for me on 2 occasions (woodstove, and, a pellet stove pipe installation)…read moreover the past decade and I've always been very pleased with every aspect of the work, from the cost to completed project. I've got an appt with them in few days and anticipate all will go wonderfully, then, I'm hopeful they'll travel 80 mile to my WV home to install a woodstove pipe there as well. Great company friendly staff, and, reasonably priced. Only critique is it'd be cool if a live person answered their phones, but, goodness, if it saves me money for them to use an answering machine, I'm a big fan!!! Saving the customers money at every turn is my favorite business model!!! Bart R. :)

As well, I had to replace the cap myself (outside of their scope of work) and they were hugely patient while that was made by a third party, and my installation of it, using their scaffolding. The crew were hard workers and did a remarkable job without a lot of extra cost on the framing repairs. I would call them again for any service that is in their scope of work for my house. It has been seven months since the job was done and have had no issues.

When we discovered mold in our attic, we got 3 estimates to remove it…read more The first estimator came out, said we had a very bad mold problem. On a scale of 1 to 10, our attic was a 7. We were quoted a price of $17000.00!!! But we qualified for a discount down to $14000.00??? Were we ready to sign the contract? NO. The next estimator that came out wanted to treat just half the attic, he said that's all that was affected. I had to show him where the mold had spread everywhere. I told him I wanted an est for the entire attic, and to also have the insulation removed and replaced with roll out insulation. He emailed the estimate the next day. Approx $4000.00, and he said he couldn't remove or replace insulation, but that shouldn't matter, because the treatment will kill the mold in the insulation. NO THANKS. I called Green Clean, spoke to Steve, he came out the net day. The attic was given a thorough inspection. The following day I got an estimate of approx $7400.00 to treat the entire attic with a 10 year warrant, to remove all the old loose insulation and replace it with new roll out insulation. SOLD! The work was done the following week. We were able to stay in the house while it was being treated, because of the green products that were used. We could have saved some aggravation by calling Steve at Green Clean, in the first place.
