Overall I'm very pleased with the work with no impact to my foundation or a very large red oak which is directly above a lateral from the house to the street sewer connection. I had a total of 184' of cast iron relined (4" and 2" pipes), and I verified the team did good preparation work and 2 coat epoxy application. Costs were approximately 25% less that a full PVC replacement. My cast iron pipes were installed in 1978, and they were generally ok with some trench rot in a main line. The spin cast process sealed these gaps and camera inspection afterwards comfirmed my sewer lines will be good for several more decades (50 year tranferrable warranty). When I called back and spoke to a supervisor he estimated $7000 to repair my clean out drain because it was obviously damaged. Daniel came - AFTER HOURS - and properly cleared the cleanout. He stayed to make sure it was running clear before leaving. Today I had a clogged tub drain. Two bottles of name brand drain cleaner didn't solve my problem. So, I called Daniel and he came out and cleared the drain with ease (hair - ugh). Plumbers get a bad rap, maybe it is deserved. But, Daniel is amazing! I will never use another plumber again. I will gladly pay full price for a plumber vs the $70 service fee for a second rate plumber sent by the home warranty company. FYI - the details on Yelp are not what the invoice has. Wow! I can not believe the level of service I received today. I contacted Giovanni and explained to…read morehim that Costco had delivered a brand new dryer for the second time and their technicians couldn't get the unit working. I had power on the old unit and was running the day they arrived the first time. After their second attempt I called Giovanni and explained to him what had happened. He came out promptly even though I'm all the way in Anna. After completing his testing he determined that they had given me a bad cord. He asked if there was a Home Depot near and I said yes. He went straight there, came right back, swapped the cord and got it running! I can not thank him enough for his timeliness, professionalism and going the extra mile to make this work for my family. I have two dogs and a 5 yr old and we have been without a dryer for 2 weeks because of Costco. He said he has small children too and that's why he works so hard.
