Absolutely terrible customer service. The employees in the office know nothing about the products that they sell. Good luck trying to talk to anybody else because they do not return calls. I had issues with one of the girls in the office lying about a conversation that we had. She was trying to cover her own butt after providing some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced; I asked a manger to call me and was told that he would. After a few days of not hearing from him I called and asked again, but was told that he was out hunting and would be back on Monday. I asked that he call me on Monday. It's been over a month now and I have yet to hear from him. In the end they refunded my money, but left me with a huge mess that I'm going to have to hire somebody to clean up. Do yourself a favor and call basically anybody else. When I called a few other places in town for quotes on fixing what Midwest screwed up, I was told that they have to clean up a lot of their messes.
