He brought really great design ideas and suggestions to transform our front and back yard. It actually started as a backyard only project, but seeing how amazing the work was, the project expanded to redoing our front yard. We now have usable outdoor space for our kids to play, hang out as a family, and to entertain guests (after covid). We are totally blown away with the work they did and only wish we had found Klaus sooner. Our project included: pavers, pergola, installing sod, new fence, mulch, decomposed granite, irrigation, planting trees, leveling our backyard The guys (Benjamin, Jose, and Rogelio) were consistently at our house everyday, and if there was any change in schedule, Klaus very clearly communicated with us. We also appreciated the covid precautions taken by always wearing masks and socially distancing with us. Overall the guys were very polite, hard working, and kind. We felt completely comfortable having them at our house for 6 weeks. We'll be back to finish our driveway and looking forward to working with Klaus, Benjamin, Jose and Rogelio again. It's also worth mentioning that our neighbor's keep complimenting the work we've had done and asking for Klaus's business card so they can have work done as well.

I need to pump my brakes and tells me that oh by the way I owe him $500 still for the retaining wall that he forgot to do even though when I told him to do it, he says oh yeah I forgot about that and now I'm over here trying to do the irrigation and now I know why he ran off and didn't come back because he never connected the pipes and you can't even run the irrigation because all the pipes lead to nowhere. He also told me about his God experience and why I chose him is because of him being so close to God and then he does this to me now I understand why he ran off for three weeks and didn't come back to do the irrigation.

Thus, we are 110 percent satisfied with their service. Inasmuch as I live several hours away from Brentwood and Discovery Bay, I did not have the pleasure of meeting Alan in person. After living in our home for a year, it was time to redesign our backyard. I submitted a price quote request on Yelp and received a few responses to schedule a consultation. It wasn't just about the price quote, but Alan's thoughtful ideas and recommendation made us trust him even more with the project. He would make sure our backyard would look amazing and presentable. He drew a sketch design for us to submit to the HOA. After we got an approval from the HOA for the project, Alan scheduled us within a few days. Alan first introduced me to Angel to have him do a walkthrough around the backyard. We had them install stone walls, pavers, artificial turf, and planter beds. The project lasted about 3 days and they did a fantastic job on transforming our backyard. My wife is so in love with plants and was very happy they planted her plants in the soil. Due to the difficulty and risk involved for excavation, it was hard to find a contractor to take on the job but from my initial consult with Victor, him and his team noted their experience with these scenarios and he was confident they can do it in less than a day. On excavation day they brought the necessary equipment and tools and were very cautious about the gas pipe. They ended up finishing the job in less than a half day!
