If I had sat in this chair in their store, it would not be purchased. This I know is the truth. But the staff member has recently quit that sold me this chair...how convenient. The cost of delivery was $89 & if I had sat in the chair upon that delivery it would have been sent back pronto. I was told this chair would be a hard sell if returned back to the store. That's an indicator that just maybe they knew it wasn't a item worth purchasing. I was told by Janine that maybe one of my friends would be willing to buy it and that I could purchase another. Are you kidding me? I want my total cost refunded and will be contacting the BBB to let them know of this serious error of judgement. What a scam they are to locals who have few choices if they don't have transportation to other places. I'm totally disgusted with this poor attitude of lack of customer satisfaction. I walked around a bit that went back to her and ask her if there was anyone that could help me. She was very unpleasant and seemed a bit irritated. Another couple came into the store and when I looked over I noticed her talking to them and helping them instead of telling them to wait a minute she was going to help somebody else. I waited a few more minutes. That is very unprofessional when one customer is waiting and they help newer customers. I just walked out and decided to do my shopping in Bellingham where I live.
