While they tried to hit hard with marketing their company, i felt the orthodontist lacked in patient care. The whole reason I came was because I am self conscious about my teeth. My daughter is only 12 years old, and today she had to have permanent veneers placed on her six front teeth because of the damage to them. As her mom, I am absolutely devastated. It was her first day of 7th grade and instead of celebrating a new school year, we spent 3 hours at the dentist office getting her teeth restored. What is especially difficult for me is that she has been seen monthly throughout her orthodontic treatment. At her routine dental appointment six months ago, her dentist said none of this damage was present. We were never given a recommendation to remove her braces by this orthodontist. Thankfully, we continued her regular dental cleanings. It was our dentist who discovered the extent of the damage and recommended that her braces be removed immediately. I hate to think about how much worse this could have become had we not gone in for that routine appointment. For her first set of braces, we went with Embrace Your World Orthodontics and had a much better and more professional experience. I'm sharing this because I wish someone had shared an experience like ours with me. As parents, we trust the professionals caring for our children to alert us when something is wrong and to help us protect their health. I only wish we had been given that opportunity sooner.

They charge fees if you have to reschedule which isn't common for a dentist. Got told today I had to reschedule too much so they can only see me for emergencies- they can kick rocks.

They were absolutely wonderful with my 4yo and 2yo (first time for the latter). The staff were welcoming and made my kiddos feel at ease. Both walked out with smiles on their faces. Dr. Salthouse took the time to talk with us and gave us wonderful tips for our kids. We even learned some new things for our own hygiene. I recommend them over other nearby locations. The services provided were at a moderate price and scheduling was easy. I started with a retainer, braces, retainer again and ended with Invisalign. The office was always easy to schedule and quick to return, they also offer texting to schedule which is really convenient. The best part of my experience was paying for my Invisalign in one lump payment and then being able to freely come in as I needed. Also, the appointments were quick and to the point. I got all my questions answered and never had any issues!

I was really impressed that the first visit was FREE with no contract, and they do a state-of-the-art exam with full and thorough x-rays as well as photos. They then give you options (which for my daughter was metal braces, ceramic braces, or Invisalign). Office is large and clean with a TV in the waiting room for the kids. I was worried about cost, but with a down payment, they then offer monthly payments that are very manageable. Most of the hygienists (most of the people who work there, by the way, are young, attractive, and blond - as an HR person I can't help but notice these things) are very good and very nice. I am also very pleased with how quickly my daughter's teeth are changing. Appointments are generally quick and easy. Cons: some of the staff/people who work there could be friendlier. It can be hard to get an appointment when you want one; they book up quickly. All in all, we recommend this place. I'm considering going through the process myself when my daughter is finished!
