At the age of 52, six months before my wedding, I decided to gift myself a trainer. I looked around and contacted several different trainers, Jeff responded before anyone else. Although I looked at a few others, I picked Jeff because I just liked him. It was an excellent choice. He is dedicated, he knows so much about wellness and more importantly he is always learning. I can ask anything about nutrition, lifestyle or training and if he needs more information, he finds out and then shares with me. The thing that matters most is that here I am, four months past my big day and I still train with Jeff. I am also so happy to say that my husband was so impressed with what he saw and with what I told him, that he now trains with Jeff too.
