The salespeople are helpful and the installation staff knew what they were doing. They taught me how to use the new blinds and how to program them and so on, they are all motorized. We had one shade malfunction and they replaced it quickly at no cost to me. As I do more windows, I will call Budget Blinds again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I called to set up an appointment…read morebecause I need custom blinds for an entire house. This is a new construction home that we are not currently living in and it's a 35 minute drive from our current home. I had spoke with Larry who at first seemed very nice and willing to help. This was better than the last 2 companies that I have been trying to give my money to. Larry set up an appointment for Saturday morning, a couple of days later he had to change the time, which I understood as things come up. My family drove over to the property because our appt to meet with Larry. I had emailed before heading over just to confirm our appt and I received an email back stating yes the appt time is still good between 11:00 am and 12:00pm but he would be a few minutes late. Larry never showed up or called. We left the house at 2pm and lost an entire day that we could have been packing. I received and email from Larry stating that he was at my house shortly after 2pm and was wondering why we weren't there, Ummm probably because our appt was between 11:00 and 12:00pm? He stated that he got lost and had cell phone issues and that he could reschedule for the following day. NO THANK YOU--STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I'm forced to click one star above, if I could select no stars, I certainly would. Look at all the other reviews about this guy, he has no showed several times, loses peoples orders. I wish I had read these reviews prior and I hope my review will help someone to not make the same mistake that I did by calling this company and wasting my time.

Utter Disgrace of a process and misleading like nobody's business…read more For starters; the company is called 3 day blinds but yet you pay for air freight to get them in three days. Otherwise you get them in about 2 weeks +. The quality of these custom blinds is suspect since the order shipped in under 24 hours. Custom goods typically take longer than that unless they don't have much business. So again, the products are custom, ship within 24/48 hours and then come across the country on an LTL truck making the total time upwards of 2 weeks. The installer left screws on the floor throughout the house, had my 13 year old asking why his pants hung well below his butt to me, classless and left his drill charger and other tools onsite. They use a company called GreenSky for their financing. They are not a bank so they are NOT FDIC insured. They break the privacy protocols that most banks would be shutdown if they were caught partaking in. The entire process is sketchy and I would certainly suggest looking elsewhere if you want window treatments.

Up until now they have been excellent. Last week there was an issue with one of the slider units and needs service. I sent an email with copy of original order sheet and asked for help. As of tonight there has been no response from the 2 emails I have sent and made 3 attempts to contact by phone with no results. First call said system was down call later, second call nothing again, third call today at 5:02 EST I was on hold for more than ten minutes and hung up. Sales rep and installer were excellent and easy to work with, however Customer Support lacks a lot. The problem is under warranty for 7 years will they honor it?

Everyone was wonderful to work with. It was a totally hassle-free and easy experience. They had our awning installed in less than 2 wks and we love it. So happy we decided to work with them!

After my initial call and email I was handed off to his site coordinator for install and fabric selection (Andre). He came over, seemed to be very nice at first, and did all the selections needed, 3 weeks later, (as promised) the install happened. It was October/November timeframe when installed, too late in the year to offer any real review on the actual awnings and their operation, I will know more about that in the spring. I can say the installation was very poor, I had two awnings installed to cover my deck, installed uneven and the power cord on one was stapled to the side of my house like a 10 year old did it, VERY disappointed! Texting Andre and getting nowhere fast, ( he didn't seem to really care), I emailed Rod again and he said it was all fixable, that was 2 months ago with no email or call since so I have to assume nobody is coming back, spending 10K+ for these awnings with install was a very bad experience! I was also told at the beginning I would get access to an APP to control my awnings, I wasn't shown any of that and I believe I paid extra for that feature, I still have no idea what to do to make that happen, I FEEL as though once the check was cashed they had very little interest in working with me any longer. Too bad I have heard good things about them and that's why I went to them, maybe I am the oddball customer experience but needed to vent on a review so this will hopefully help someone down the road to watch out for certain things. I pray no more issues in the spring, bad enough I have to re-wire it so I doesn't look so bad when spring comes.
