I scheduled the appointment with Vince and he was very accommadating in coming at a time that worked for me. Two other places never returned my call to them. Their loss. Vince came himself, on time and clean, with everything he needed. He checked everything first, to be sure he was putting it in a place I could best access it, and he also checked the other electrics in the garage. I watched him work and we chatted some. He is very experienced and neat in his work. I found him to be both friendly and also efficient in his use of time. When he was done he vacuumed up drywall dust and everything looked great. I got a high-quality plug/double outlet and job, and I would recommend him highly to anyone else. accommodatingcoming

He let me know based on the age of my home what updates were needed. I was very happy to take Mr. Electrics recommendations for additional services. I trust Brian and Mr Electric enough to know if they suggest it that it is in my best interest for the safety of my family and my home. I had them install 4 ceiling fans and remotes. I had them do an all grounding and updating of my house. They replaced an outdoor plug so it is much more safe and other outlet as well. Brian did a great job and I am confident that my home is much safer then it was before today. I will always call Mr Electric and request Brian. Had an electrical issue related to my refrigerator and called Mr. Electric for service. I was…read moreinformed that the service call would be $49. The technician was at my house for less than 30 minutes. They visually checked the circuit breaker in the garage and tested the outlet voltage, finding no issues. I was then billed $320 for about 30 minutes of diagnostics with no equipment, parts, or supplies used. After questioning the charge, there was no willingness to negotiate. Based on my experience, I highly do NOT recommend using them due to the extremely high pricing for minimal work.

I LOVE working with Wireone. They are my go-to for anything electric and I recommend them often…read more The fist job I had done was running electric to our back patio in preparation for a hot tub install. We had no electric lines outside and our entire breaker was full so it turned into a bigger job then originally expected but Shane did a great job explaining everything and presenting us with options of how to go about the project. After that great experience we decided to become members. While its certainly not required, you can then pay a small monthly fee to get a discount on any projects done with them. For our most recent project we were wanting an outlet installed above our great room fireplace for mounting a TV. I called on Friday morning, not only did a real person (who was also friendly and helpful) answer the phone but then they had available appointments for the NEXT DAY. How is that even possible? Jadyn was our technician and I plan to ask for him by name for any future projects. Things started out strong by receiving a phone call to say he was on his way, then a text message with his picture so we knew who to expect. Next, I LOVE that he insisted on putting shoe covers on when he came in -- which I can only imagine is SO annoying for him as he would take them off every time he needed something from his truck and then put them back on when he came inside. The fee for the estimate was waved since we had the work done same day. Jadyn had our outlet installed quickly and even vacuumed up after himself. Lastly before he left he did a quick safety check of our entire house. He thoughtfully let us know of some items that might need replacing or repair in the next few years but I never felt like he was trying to sell me on something - basically just told me to keep an eye on it. Love Wireone!
