Friendly, efficient, and made me feel comfortable right away. I was then seen by Gad, who was also great. He quickly assessed what was going on, prescribed some allergy medication, and had me on my way. The entire visit took less than 35 minutes, which is amazing. It's important to note they are an urgent care, not an emergency room. The staff is attentive and friendly, with genuine concern for your malady. I can note all the times my family has visited they will see a nurse practitioner. To some that may be a sticking point, but if you need to be seen for something minor this urgent care is great. I'd definitely make an appointment online for times sake, but the onboarding is easy and you can establish an account if you need to go back. I can even say cash pay prices are reasonable. I showed up a few minutes early before to handle some paperwork and my wait in the office chair before being seen stayed within minutes of my original appointment time. My issue turned out to be outside of their scope but they squared me away with their notes, the X-ray imagery and put in some prescriptions for me. All in all, I was in and out in about 2 hours.

The facility was clean, stocked with complimentary drinks, snack items and was bright and airy. Everyone was friendly and we were in and out in record time. I immediately swung by to go get him and off we went to the pediatric urgent care by daycare and our house! We've always driven past this and I always wondered how it was and after today's visit, I don't think I can go anywhere else, and I wish they took adults lol. That's how lovely the service in care was today, we were able to get our son checked in online, submit paperwork and once that was done, immediately taken back to see the nurse, get vitals and attentive care and kindness for our little dude in his time of need. The space is really lovely, with colorful artwork, complimentary snacks and juice boxes, which was extremely helpful after getting him and we had yet to have lunch so a snack def helped my little hold down his hunger while we waited to wrap up todays visit. 4 stitches later to close his wound, they even had some free shows to watch on their tv which was very nice to allow our son to feel comfortable with these new faces and make a scary situation less daunting. They cleansed the wound, stitched him up and offered all the stickers! I am so grateful for their presence and look forward to future care with them should we ever need anything and have difficulty getting to see our sons normal pediatrician!

I have personally used this facility at least 5 times, my son twice , my granddaughter once and today my wife. So living in Texas at some point you get whacked by allergies and despite everything you try you give up and you need steroids. I tried not to treat my family when I was working (they never listen anyway) and now I have a better excuse. We went to St David's because the earliest appointment was 5 days away for a pcp and my wife's coughing could not go on another 2 nights no less 5. As always we are greeting promptly and pleasantly. The front desk staff (Cindy) was exceptional as well as the nurses Dallas and Allison. The ER doc Dr Shah was outstanding. Simply put - I was a cardiologist for 37 years and the St David's ER is where I and my family went and go when we need urgent or ER care (and unfortunately cannot get into pcp at times ). As a doc patients would always ask me what I tell my family to do. I tell them to use this facility. Great 8/28 Round Two My wife initially improved but had persistent cough. Developed leg swelling and one knee became painful. Family doc had been treating but woke up today feeling tired, more short of breath and it was time to go back and rule out something more serious As before greeted warmly by Marcia the front desk staff this time. Allison the prior nurse remembered us and ushered us back in. My wife set her purse in the patient restroom sink as she needed to use the facilities. Heard water running as the purse set off the motion sensor and water flooded her purse. Tina the X-ray tech quickly entered the rest room to save the day. Not a good start. Lisa (another nurse) and Allison quickly had her assessed this time they ordered ECG, repeat chest X-ray and full labs. As a doctor I had a list of common to bad things that could be going on and knew that the only way to sort this out in a 64 year old was the repeat tests. Dr Andrew Skiles was fantastic. My wife thought he looked like a 25 year old movie star (he is 40 and father of 3 with a set of twins) Quick, professional, compassionate and competent describes everyone we met. Thankfully my wife appears to only have a particularly nasty virus with reactions to meds (that were needed ) and no underlying horrible illness. My wife probably feels the same- but I feel a lot better. As before St David's ER is where a doctor went when his family needed care.
