We got there 15 minutes before they closed and the lady was SO RUDE. I understand we got there late but she at least could have been kind about her not being able to see my daughter. As soon as we walked in she looked at the clock above me and said "um we're closing??" with a tone that made me feel dumb for coming in when all I was trying to do was get care for my baby. She huffed and puffed and told us to go to the ER instead and kept talking to us with a rude demeanor, like she was appalled we would even come in. I used to be a server and if someone came into the restaurant even 5 minutes before closing we would still have to greet them with a smile and provide them with our service. I didn't catch her name but I just remember her having black hair. All I have to say is- don't work in health care if you really don't care about the health of people and only care about the moment you get to clock out.

I asked the receptionist if it was too late to take a patient and she said no and to come on in! I ran to the car grabbed a mask and rushed back in. My son was seen by Nadine Shelepak, PA and after reading the reviews on yelp, I called my husband to beware if the Dr was rude. My husband got back to the car 15 minutes later with my four-year old talking about what a pleasant experience he had. He insisted that I log on and write a review. So my son had an infection on his private area and I freaked out. My son was checked in and came back out 20 minutes later with a smile and a prescription in hand. My husband was like "I don't know why the reviews were bad the PA was super nice and the receptionist even offered our son stickers" the only complaint was that he could here the girls at the front desk talking about their plans for tonight but otherwise they were super cool and efficient" I would definitely come back if needed. So long as the service stays the same Yes I had a $50 copay but it says that on my card so I wasn't shocked nor did I have an issue paying it. They told us how to treat it and sent us on our merry way. So, my fellow helpers don't believe everything you here. It's a quick urgent care for minor diagnosis. Don't walk in trying to get treated for underlying issues. Go see your PCP for that or take a visit to an ER if it's severe. Some of these reviews were like what?! Why would you go to an urgent care and not an ER? It's not rocket science folks

Even as non-medical professional, I knew that it didn't make sense. We had to take him to the hospital the next day and they found the pneumonia. A simple chest x-ray would have shown how bad it was. But it was a weekday an hour before lunchtime. When I arrived I was the only one there to be seen. However, 2 other patients came in after me. I needed an x-ray. I was kind of upset that the x-ray technician did not use any of the lead lined capes on me. I know they had one, because there was one in the room. Perhaps x-ray machines have gotten safer. If that's true then why have one in the room at all? Just because I can no longer have children, is not a reason to protect me from radiation. In the last few years, I've had a bunch of x-rays and MRIs and I'm trying to avoid the extra radiation, but this x-ray technician never bothered to ask, and I was afraid to make waves and ask. I should've spoke up. I know better. Otherwise than that one hiccup the care was quick, and efficient.

It's a waste of time when you are sick and actually need help. When you have scheduled appointments they should show up but they don't.
