The customer service is garbage. They treat you like you're infringing on their time scrolling Tik Tok. The wait times are long. They don't treat medical issues. Plus it smells. We called and spoke to Concerta about a medical problem, they said "Drive up here and we'll take care of you." They called it a medical emergency and then allowed us to sit in the waiting room for three hours. We finally got in to see the doctor and suddenly, they can't do anything to help. Sorry! We'll ignore the fact that the receptionist loudly discussed our health issue where anyone within earshot of a 10 block radius could have heard. HIPAA anyone? The "Urgent Care" is a bald faced lie. There is no care to be had and they are so slow that they likely have an earth scientist on staff to explain that a new mountain range will form before you get to see a "Doctor." It is literally ridiculous how long the wait is here. I've had to come back twice due to the long wait. Each time I've waited for at least 45 minutes. There's no one in the waiting room and it there's no sense of urgency. Clear your schedule if you need to come here. read more

Went in for an employment physical. Staff put off a generally annoyed to angry about life vibe. The receptionist snatched the ID from my hand. Tossing my paperwork around. I'm a human customer being not an annoying burden. WARNING!!!! THIS IS NOT A REAL URGENT CARE!!! They are a workers comp processing shop and apparently get away with treating people like shit. Went in for allergies and a bad cough keeping me up at night. This happens every year around this time. The only thing that works for me is 2 nights of tussionex. I know this has hydrocodone. Hydrocodone is an excellent cough suppressant. Almost every year for 20 years I get this tiny little prescription from an urgent care. They can look you up and see you don't have other prescriptions and are not drug seeking. She would however give me a steroid shot, which is very dangerous and has lots of side effects, some of which can be serious, even life-threatening. This lady should seriously lose her license. The "doctor" here was condescending and treated me like I was drug seeking. I don't drink, don't smoke, don't eat meat. I do however get a nasty cough after an upper respiratory infection that prevents me from sleeping. The "doctor" told me I can take various over the counter products. I'm 52 years old. I know this. Then she drops the info that "we're really a workplace injury practice." That's fine. But don't say you're an urgent care. This is the first time in 20 years I've had this problem. It did happen to my son once. That's 1 1/2 hours of my life I'll never get back. read more

Terrific experience! Work comp injury. Front desk staff were polite and courteous. Short wait to see Dr. She was great! Very pleasant. Was referred to physical therapy on site. Awesome girls! Very sweet ladies. They helped immensely. Had me laughing when I wanted to cry! Pushed me when I needed to be pushed. Would highly recommend this facility and staff. Wish I could give this place ZERO STARS. Checked in and waited 45 minutes before they called me up to the desk to say that their doctor wasn't "credentialed" with our insurance (Blue Cross). Unacceptable...especially with a young child in pain...they should have told us this soon after check-in. Waiting 45 minutes to tell us this is ridiculous. Will never go back. And not sure how well this speaks of their doctor??? Not credentialed with Blue Cross? Then what the heck ARE his credentials. Maybe it's a blessing in disguise we ended up seeing a more professional physician. Both receptionists I dealt with too were less than friendly. read more

Don't let these other reviews mislead you. I almost didn't go because of them. The two highest rated urgent care clinics in my area quoted me $500 to lance a boil. Yeah -- to prick a boil under a local anesthetic. Concentra did it for $260, and dealt with my cranky-in-pain-from-a-boil ass the entire time. They were informative, helpful, and even though it hurt like hell, I feel better now. :) The doctor was informative about my prescriptions and helped me with everything I asked for. I would definitely go back. read more

Wendy and Valerie are rockstars! They stayed to help me until I got the results needed for the reason I was there. They didn't rush me, or make me feel like an imposition. They were personable as well as professional, and you can tell they truly care about helping people, and have the passion it takes for the healthcare field. Out of two full hours it took 10-15 minutes to examine me. The rest of the time I sat in my underwear, freezing my rear end off. My wife had to ask where I was. Finally, I was seen after being alone in the examination room for at least an hour. 7 minutes later I was out the door. I honestly think they were so busy gossiping and laughing like hyenas, that they forgot I was back there. The lady that examined me was pleasant, but the examination was a joke. read more
