The wait was wayyyyy too long. Never coming back. Two hours in the waiting room. Nothing urgent about this care.

Dr. McArdle FANTASTIC, helpful, knowledgeable, everything you would want in a doctor, a solid FIVE…read more Office staff, phone, online a resounding 1. Poor phone call return, really lousy web site. I call maybe 5x a year and you might as well set aside a half hour to just get through and listen to their outdated (todays, Feb 2015 talking about things in October...I assume last October.) message. Most of the time you do not get a person but have to leave a message. Be prepared to call back several times until you get to actually either speak to a person or they bother to call you back. I have had to resort to emailing the doctor directly. He seems to know they have problems but apparently he is as helpless to fix it as the patients are. I have to control myself and remind myself I'm there for his expertise, not the office's.

we will not be back to the Enfield office any longer. We have been going there for years and each…read moretime is an adventure.. you are treated much like most dr. offices today.. like cattle. With that being said. I have always felt that the staff is a refection of the service you will receive by the Dr. or any other medical staff. ON THIS OCCASION, We had made an appointment to see one of the Dr.'s. ( I will leave her name out of it.) and when we got there, again, no appointment. All we got was.. WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO.. I DIDN'T MAKE THE APPOINTMENT, AND I DON'T KNOW WHO DID..well we did know..(been going there for over 9 years). The staff went back and saw the DR. and SHE stated I can't fit you in today (no surprise, vacations sets president above patients..) To add insult to injury, That mystery person made an appointment with a DR. we don't see..STRIKE 3, WE ARE ALL DONE.. I know we are only 2 people and most of you medical people don't REALLY care.. after all it's JUST A JOB FOR YOU.. We are all done being treated like this.. maybe a little advise here for the staff.. even if you don't give a whoot.. pretend you do care.. people mostly come to a DR. office because they are sick or HURT... I know this complaint will fall on DEF ears.. because your website dose not allow any complaints.. GO FIGURE..

This doctor owned facility sure beats the heck out of the huge corporate owned Hospitals. Smaller,…read moreyet, super efficient, clean, convenient, and an impressive list of surgeons. Surgical procedures available range from: Ophthalmology (including mine), Podiatry (including mine), Ear/Nose/Throat (ENT) and Gastroenterology. My wife previously had two procedures here and today mine was performed without any hick-ups. The wait, short. The pre-op prep a breeze, short, not rushed, and very comforting. The surgery, from what I can remember, top notch without a worry in the world. Recovery, super easy, like nothing happened, graham crackers devoured and ginger ale guzzled. Depending on your procedure you can be in and out in 2-4 hours; mine roughly a 3 hour tour. Make sure your Chauffeur delivers and picks-up. Also, do not hesitate asking for an official prescription for your favorite sweet; I hit the jack pot ICE CREAM!

Wow. I just got some amazing care at this facility for a surgery on my right foot. On 1/4 my…read moresurgery was scheduled for 6am. Do not be surprised when you arrive and the door to the facility says they're open at 7am because it's a lie. They start getting in right at 6 and let you into the comfortable waiting room. The woman at the front desk was super sweet to me and others, including a bit of a Karen, with whom she dealt with kindly and swiftly. Once I got behind the surgical doors it was like a surgery factory in the best way. Immediately I had a couple of people tending to me in terms of getting me info, giving me info, giving me anesthesia (with great explanations of everything they were going to do to me). I then spotted my orthopedic surgeon, who also gave me great expectations on what to expect. Next thing you know it's 11am, I'm awake back in the same recovery space and feeling good with some saltines and ginger ale. I was swiftly wheelchaired to my wife, waiting with the car at the front door of the facility. Easy peasy. The facility called me the following day to check up on me and remind me of my Dr.'s orders. My doc is not into prescribing hard hitting, addictive opiates so I left with only an RX for strong ibuprofren. The facility reminded me when they called that I can also take Tylenol in between ibuprofren doses, if I needed. I have to have surgery on my other foot either later this year or next and I will definitely use the same Surgeon (Dr. Rode of WH Podiatry) and Bloomfield Ambulatory Surgery Center. Top notch.

Bloomfield Ambulatory Surgery Center - Yup, my Podiatrist Kurt W. Rode, D.P.M. is a Rock Star and great down to earth guy. Ice cream is his sweet tooth, too.
