I was sent to this location for a drug screen for work. I waited for one hour+. The people who were doing check in weren't friendly and had a difficult time multi-tasking. I have taken employment drug screens in the past and ironically, administer them at work as well. I have never waited this long to give a urine sample. I'm not sure what exactly makes this so complicated. I was one of the last people waiting when many people walked in after me. Try to change locations if you need to use this company. Came in today to complete a drug test (10-panel), and was out in about 30 minutes which is a huge win. The customer service is helpful, friendly, and they greet you as soon as you walk in. From there they'll help you out with whatever test/work you need to get done. Heads up this place does get busy and wait times could be longer, but the staff is very organized and the facility is clean too. Concentra allows walk ins which is convenient and can contribute to the busy long wait depending on the time of day. Be prepared to wait hours, if you're lucky you can wait inside. I was not so lucky. I was greeted by a very rude and unfriendly woman who told me there was no room inside and I would have to wait outside where someone would come get me, which they never did. So I waited outside in the blazing sun for two and a half hours till I finally went back inside to find a free seat. Waited 25 minutes more till I was called. I was put in a room to wait 45 minutes more where I could hear the staff outside hanging out and joking around. My assigned doctor also seemed as if he did want to be there either. I came in in a Monday with an 11:30 appointment and didn't leave till 2:30! On top of it all they performed the wrong test and would not accept responsibility for their screw up... This last week I had to do my year-around medical evaluation. I was late. As soon I opened the door, they were twelve patients. I got the lucky number. I stay and more people, patients to be seen by the Doctors came in. For my surprise, I was called in around 9 AM. At the same time, more clinical personnel also were coming in. I stunned when they came so, so organizes to the point to be a big controlled system, with in a system to take care all the patients at once. All the Clinicians were happy, respectful, so drained to help everybody as soon as possible. It was a fabulous team. Team-work of clinicians with one main objective, take care the best all patients. However, I will say, I was been taking care from the best of the best team of clinicians. Stating with Ms. Patricia Abounza, that took me by her hand and explain me the steps I will go through. And with the kindness, her tone of voice went through all the steps with me. She had her own team as well, and they all team-in to get the initial part done. Then she said, go to the lobby. Somebody soon will call you for the second part. I was still taking my breath because how well organize they well-handling the clinical-care of all patients at the same time. Few minutes later I was called to go and do the second part to complaint the medical evaluation. Was Mr. Antonio Lopez that ask my name, and said are you ready. Okay, follow me. He introduced me the his team. I was set with Physical Therapies, CNA's that knew all the test I had to go through. They looked well coordinated. Mr. Lopez set me up in the right direction to do the rest of these exercises. And that we did. In the meantime Mr. Lopez was taking me around to all the stages, the Ladies wrote the results and they were doing some calculations. They work as a team. They were great. After a day fulfilling the medical evaluation, I came out with more than a evaluation. I came out with a team of Clinicians that I will take home to take care me nearby neighbors. Now I have a question. How Dr. Stephen Kracht, and Ms. Stephanie Banks have set-up this extraordinary team to be the best of professional clinicians I have been taking care off in many years. I will be going to Concentra-Doral forever. They are great. read more

The doctor rushed through not caring about anything I said or the pain I had. I asked to spare me a day or two of work and he said " we don't work like that here". I called the other morning for results to my medical exam, I got through to someone after TWENTY mins of calling just for them to tell me they were putting me on hold then proceeded to hang up on me. I have called back over 30 times now and they are literally just letting the phone ring for 10 mins at a time, occasionally putting the hold music on just to hang up on you. It is ridiculous. Whenever I go in or call needing to schedule an appointment or for paperwork, she is always more than happy to help. Ivonne, who takes your blood pressure and helps once you go in to see the doctor, is always cheerful and friendly. Nice job guys.
