Dr. Lauder is compassionate, intelligent, and passionate about caring for his patients. He always provides excellent care when I am in a pinch and must go to urgent care due to illness and inability to get in with my PCP on short notice. However, I had the unfortunate experience of meeting the confrontational and condescending Laurel P. tonight. I've never met a provider who decides on a treatment plan, or lack of one, prior to coming into the exam room and examining the patient. She also failed to listen to my lungs and heart which feels pretty standard when someone has upper respiratory complaints. I highly recommend calling before going into this center to ensure Dr. Lauder is on staff. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere if it's Laurel P.
