That does nothing for my electric bill. The third tech that came hang it up last straw he was useless, did nothing and now my dryer does not work at all. Would I recommend this company NO, only way would be if the first tech and second were the only ones working there. Mona no thank you no need to discuss anything with you. The second tech that you sent to my home to install all the parts did and when he went to turn on my machine it would not work, so he told my husband he had to take out all the new parts and put in the old parts to get it to run again. So common sense tells you how he left my machine with old parts and he kept the new ones. Before he came my dryer ran, I just had to dry the clothes for a long time which is not what a dryer is supposed to do not at 60 minutes each time. I called again your company, now after your third tech came to my home my dryer does not work at all, and you there is a burnt smell when it runs, your second tech did something that burnt it up because the third tech did nothing but stand there and look at it, but to be fair after the second tech it was failing now after your third tech it completely failed. Three attempts that's giving this company 3 chances no more chances here, we told your techs we had an issue no need to talk to you. Your attempt to talk to me is to try to make your company look good, which it is not. Like I said one star rating is way too good for this company. I use my dryer everyday, its mine but I am stupid right? The customer knows nothing about their own appliances how they work right? My clients have an old dryer. It wasn't working properly, so they had me call this company. They've…read moredone business with them before and were happy. Ownership must have changed because what happened this time was completely outrageous. I made an appointment for someone to come out, and was told they do not accept credit cards. The charge would be $95. I went and looked at the dryer more closely and determined the belt was probably broken. Also, the door needed to be reversed to make it easily accessible. The repairman came, told my client that it was the belt, but he didn't have any on the truck. He said he'd have to order it. He collected $95 cash, saying the next time, there would NOT be a $95 service fee, and left. Two days later, I get a call saying they have the part in and the total to fix the dryer would be an additional $195. $290 to replace a belt and reverse the door? They could buy a brand new dryer for $387!! I ordered a $9 belt from Amazon, installed it myself and reversed the dryer door. This lousy company could have asked a few upfront questions about the make/model number and what the problems were. It could have been fixed when the guy came out if he'd been prepared. Instead, they want to make money on 2 trips and over charge for a simple repair that took less than 20min, I do not recommend using them.

We called OTW Services 911 and the man came that same day, looked at the washer we'd removed from its space and, after spinning the tank a half a turn, said he knew what was wrong. He said the labor would be $200.00 and the replacement bearing kit would run $280.00 and he'd have the parts in a couple of days. He then said he'd need the $280.00 before he could order the parts, so we paid him the $280.00. The parts have never arrived and the repairs have never been done. It has taken until today, May 14, 2025, and a huge amount of calls and excuses, to get a refund of $225.00. The excuse being that the original trip to our boat cost the difference. If you want to donate some monies to this company and not be bothered by service, this is the company to hire to do your repairs.
