(new to Yelp) and his wife for introducing my wife, Erika M. (Yelp Elite), to this HUGE party supply store. Surrounded by many warehouses housing many types of businesses, this party supply warehouse is located in a huge industrial area. Looking at the place from the outside, one would never know that it can be a real life- and money-saver for those looking to find anything and everything for their events. First of all it doesn't matter where the reception took place ( family's house) . My wife was not happy with the set up. You guys didnt even take the freedom to stop by and evaluate the venue after a down-payment was made. You guys knew that the existing house-porch was 10 feet tall why wouldn't you flush that with your tent ( if you would have evaluated the venue then you probably would have prepared yourself for it). The event started at 5:30pm by 8 there was no water . The light in the restroom did not work, it was installed inside and it was solar light (Do you charge those before or how do you know it will stay up all night). Communication was excellent, drop off was on time and they did let me know when they were 30 min out even on pick up. I noticed how well all the rentals were taken care of too, they were very clean and didn't look worn out. I'll definitely rent from here again!
