And he said they did. So I went filled out paperwork. He stated he had 2 towers and told me the one he wanted to use. Probably be a month he said,, I stated I'd be in Maine working so had all summer. When I arrived back and checked back in it was a your on list, trying to work on storm damage! OK on 2 different times I rescued calls setting up service app, both canceled by Rod mornings of both, Nov of last yr he's having surgery, probably be at least 6wks... I called this week Feb 26, he called back and started in on phone I'm banned from everything getting service for a post on Facebook blog that I wrote. As he was trying to cover himself by going back to when I was told on phone they didn't service my area people witnessed him in person telling he did. I posted is on FB and when I retured his call he was unreal on phone bared for life!! He was still talking but I hung up phone! Hometown Wireless canceled multiple appointments and hasn't followed up. Time to explore other options and give them a 0-star review Hometown wireless differently fall below ....

When I reminded them that I had called on numerous occasions and no one had returned my calls, and that the service was to be done in 'one week, possibly two' (from August 28th), their hinchman came running out of the other room screaming for me to 'get out' right now, and slamming his fist on the counter so hard I thought he either broke his fist the counter!!! In short, these people have no right being in business - period! They use intimidation to verbally 'beat up the customer'. I got my money back because I was not intimidated by these jerks and I was going to stay until they gave my $ back or called the Zephyrhills Police Dept. to come and throw me out (Fred Neal then told me me he called the owner and he would be their shortly and call the police!). This is their act (Fred is the owner along with Rodney and John Count) of Dade City. They are a bad joke....I'm not laughing and neither will you if you do business with them.
