Be very careful of this company! I purchased goods on 5th June, it was a 3D Secure credit card transaction and my bank approved the transaction with no problem whatsoever. The online shop then send me an email to tell me my transaction was not approved due to CVV validation problem and that I must pay them via PayPal or bank transfer. Then I send them proof that the transaction was authorized and that there was absolutely no problem with CVV code, they kept silent for 3 days. Eventually I called them 5 days later on 12th June and they again give me a bogus reason that my transaction was not approved ( meanwhile IT WAS and there was no CVV validation problem ) as I was debited. They were very OK for me to cancel the order instead of fighting for the sale to take place. WHY the hell would you publicly offer customers online payment by card and give us a choice while at the same time you don't actually want card payments??? You are falsely advertising payment options on your website and your customer service SUCKS! What makes it worse is that I work for a bank and I can confirm that my card authorization was approved and there was no problems with it, you literally lied to me so that you can force me to pay you via another method after you already successfully had a card authorization. Worst online shop ever. Ordered computer components and nvidia graphic card was faulty. Very slow service e-mail answers (after 3 e-mails i get answer after 9 day's). I posted it back and still no new card...they returned money to webshop account but same cards are now over 100€ higher priced + i need to pay another 20€ DHL fee if i make new order. They stealed 120€ my money and again no e-mail answes anymore. read more

I bought Asus motherboard for about €500 before four months. They sent me defected board that didn't worked from the first day. I sent it back so they can replace it with new one(like I was told in Asus support) but they sent same defected board with same serial. It didn't worked again so I returned it again. I asked them to send the board to Asus service so professionals can check what is wrong but they ignored that request. They said that they checked the motherboard and noticed bent pins although they don't have serviceman in the house and then they canceled the warranty. AVOID! Scammers, dramatic delay of replying, bad customer service. Cancellation of orders and later increase of prices. Said they will refund, but never did and never will! I placed an order on 18th December, until now I didn't receive the item. I sent them many emails but no responce at all. I called them three times to ask for money since I dont need the product any more( it was suppose to be a christmas gift) they always tell me that they invistigate the missing item with DHL. and after 10 days of invistigation, no one called me back and appearently no one care. an invistigation with dhl is not my buisness. in their system as well as in the dhl tracking, the item is not sent. read more
