I'll get it from Amazon and won't mark up the parts. " He sent me the link from Amazon and we agreed that the labor would be $165 as he had to reinstall windows too. I thought $235 to repair a $1500 laptop was reasonable. Tony kept in touch throughout the process of ordering the new drive and installing it, texting me pictures of each step of the repair. Tony had my computer up and running at a much faster rate within 72 hrs. Tony is honest and a man of his word. I would have no problem going back should another issue with my computer arises.
