    This review is for Cricket wireless authorized retailer (Spacetel LLC) in Virginia Way Barstow…read more I've meet with the 3 people who worked there: Erica, the manager, Betsy and the trainee Gina. The owner of this outlet shouldn't hire Gina. My first transaction was with the manager and I don't think she is knowledgeable enough but a decent person. I brought in my own unlocked device which worked with 2 other prior MVNOs. The phone has a hotspot and screen cast feature that I was able to use with the 2 prior MVNOs. When I came in with my phone the manager checked it for compatibility. She inserted her sim and told me that it's compatible and that a Cricket sim would work with the phone I brought in. She convinced me that $60/mo is the best value if I use hotspot frequently which I do since our home wireless internet provider is not reliable at times and that's what I bought. Long story short, the hotspot and screen casting didn't work and I get prompts about checking MyCricket account and settings, etc. etc. etc. After doing what I can on my end i.e. checking manuals, online info so on and so forth I called Cricket wireless on the phone and talked with a rep named Yuvelky. She can't do anything on her end to remedy my issues and advised me to go back to the store where I bought the sim. My next visit was a horrible one with the trainee Gina. There was a "potential" customer in the store when I came in but there wasn't an ongoing transaction when she asked me. I told her my story, she took my phone and checked. Another "potential" customer came in shortly thereafter and I stepped away and told her that I'll wait while she attends to them. She did and then we resume were we left off. She told me that she can't do anything and she texted Erica the manager who was off work to attend to a sick family member. And while she's texting, the "potential" customer that was there when I came in started leaving the store and from the looks of it they haven't made up their mind of whether they'll purchase something. When she asked them they responded that they'll comeback. Upon hearing that response she implied to me that a "sale gone." I responded "come on, you are blaming that on me?" She responded without looking at me still texting that she works for commission. I told her that I realize that but that doesn't mean I am irrelevant because I need an after sale service. She suggested that I can come back the following day so Erica can help me but when I ask if Erica will be there in the store she told me that Erica is caring for a sick relative with Covid. It was getting frustrating by the minute because I was hoping to leave the store with something close to a resolution if not a resolution to the problem. She keeps giving me one liner answers and hardly engaging me but she was on her phone for the most part. She was condescending at one point and she used that word against me and threatening me that they have cameras in the store. I was taken a back because I wasn't violent in any way shape or form. So I asked when would be the best time to come back then so I can meet with Erica instead. She told me that she can refuse service and that she is refusing to serve and that I can go to the other Cricket store in Main street because the person who trained the manager Erica still works there. I was taken a back even more. When I asked the contact info to this other Cricket store she said, "Google it." That folks, is great customer service to the next level.
