John is the owner, and he responded promptly to my call. I deeply appreciated that he actually listened to me (very hard to find these days!) explain the issues the computer was having, and also regarding the unfortunate experience I had with the store I purchased the computer from. He was able to fix the problems right away, and for a reasonable rate. But the best part is that my computer is now working beautifully! This is such a blessing because I am a small business owner, and this is the middle of holiday season. If I could give Computer Doc a 10-Star rating, I would! It can be hard to trust businesses when you're on a budget but these guys will definitely treat you with respect. I'm not always an easy customer to deal with but they were extremely patient and I got my pc back in no time at all.
