Well, I am not totally ignorant when it comes to computers, but this TV really is complicated. I got the extended warranty and had to use it when I thought some of the LEDs went out and the motherboard was malfunctioning due to the darkened picture edges and screen color. The warranty company contracted through Tech-Tronics in Shelby N.C. and boy and I glad they did. First the gentleman who runs the company was Scott and he called me to run through some trouble-shooting on the phone to make sure it was a problem that couldn't be resolved over the phone. After a few minutes we determined that it may be a problem with the LED/LCD display. Scott called about an hour before his scheduled arrival to let me know he was on the way. He was so kind and patient and ended up coming by to pick up the TV which he was going to take back to his shop to fix. When Scott got here, he was so professional. I had the TV unplugged and ready, but before he took it, he plugged in the set and hooked up his phone through the HDMI plug to see the color problem himself. He zoomed through the menu like a master and changed a few settings that corrected the problem right in my living room in just a few minutes. He had the patience of a saint explaining exactly what he was doing and the consequences of each setting. I am so grateful for his kindness and professionalism being so willing to walk me through each step of what he was doing so that I saw the corrections that he was making. I am so thankful that Scott was contracted to handle this call because he was more concerned that I was satisfied and understood my device than he was worried about his time and schedule. He also provides information to make me (the customer) feel comfortable operating the device and how to access help when needed. I am thrilled that my TV is working properly and that he was able to correct the problem in a few minutes here at my home instead of me having to be without my television for weeks while it was being repaired in the shop. I feel badly that he had to drive all the way here just to change a few menu settings but wow am I impressed by his company and the service they provided me today. I feel that he went way beyond the normal being so considerate to me in regards to fixing my television so quickly and thoroughly in just a few minutes without creating additional work to pad the bill. I wish I could give his company 10 stars because his superior service is rarely found in today's market. Excellent job Scott and bravo for being so kind, helpful and considerate. If anyone has TV or computer problems, I highly encourage you to call Scott at Tech-Tronics in Shelby because he wont rest until your device is fixed to your satisfaction.

Helpful, friendly, informed, these guys took care of me. When given the chance to take advantage of…read moremy ignorance and upsell something I didn't need they chose instead to educate me and saved me money. It can be hard to trust businesses when you're on a budget but these guys will definitely treat you with respect. I'm not always an easy customer to deal with but they were extremely patient and I got my pc back in no time at all. They have an eclectic mix of other goods in the store and will help you select what you need with more knowledge and experience then you'd expect. Honestly I'm so relieved at how affordable and easy it was to get my pc fixed. I will definitely refer all my friends or anyone that needs help with computer woes to the guys at CCC.
