We had been having problems on and off with our desktop computer. I saw a recommendation on a Facebook neighborhood site a while ago. I kept it in the back of my mind to try if the need arose. I have a nice laptop that was repaired by another company about two years ago. It never worked after the other company returned it. I set it aside because it wasn't my go to laptop and I didn't really need it at that time. My other laptop which I have had for quite a while is finally dying.
