I had a major virus on my computer and was unable to use it. I called another computer place that was recommended on Yelp but they never called me back like they said they would. I saw 'Computer Guy' and decided to give it a shot. I called Guy and spoke with him personally over the phone. He quoted me a price and time it would take over the phone and I made the appointment. Guy came over to my house the very next morning and immediately went to work. Guy was done with the problem in 1.5 hours...the same problem that Best Buy said would take upwards of 48 hours to fix. My family has had a Sony Vaio for about 10 years now, and it was time to make some changes as the speed was unbearable.
