Guy is a very reliable, professional computer person, and, he is local! Guy made an appointment right away and showed up right on time. I was transferring all of my software and data to a new laptop from the old one. This included downloading and installing Microsoft Office and network setup of my wireless printer/scanner/fax. He deleted/uninstalled a bunch of "bloatware" that came on the new laptop to make it run more efficiently. I had a major virus on my computer and was unable to use it. I called another computer place that was recommended on Yelp but they never called me back like they said they would. I saw 'Computer Guy' and decided to give it a shot. I called Guy and spoke with him personally over the phone. He quoted me a price and time it would take over the phone and I made the appointment. Guy came over to my house the very next morning and immediately went to work. Guy was done with the problem in 1.5 hours...the same problem that Best Buy said would take upwards of 48 hours to fix. Guy was fantastic...as I called him with the expectation of scheduling an appt. to have him come to my home to help me with a Windows 10 configuration task I could not figure out how to do myself. After explaining the situation to Guy, he made a recommendation to me on how I could address this issue via our phone conversation, as he did not believe he would need to come out for a service call. He spent about 20-30 minutes on the phone with me, at NO CHARGE! We agreed that I would try what he recommended, and if it did not resolve my issue, he would then make a service call.
