The best place you can go for IT support. Highly recommend them to colleagues and family.

Every place was far too expensive and wanted to run a diagnostic test, which would take days, and I already knew what I needed done and needed the laptop for college classes. Called Milwaukee PC last, and I'm sure glad I did! They game me a quote right away and had extremely fast and friendly service. I would highly recommend this place.

Location is good and store is plenty big, has an unfinished feel inside, like the finished the floor, ceiling and walls, but didn't do much to make it look complete. So it feels a bit empty inside and almost a warehouse feel. Sounds weird, but don't let that stop you from going in. I can't speak on prices too much, I've been in a couple times for a quick grab n go purchase here and there. Never much time to browse and see what they have. They can special order just about anything if they don't carry it or have it in stock. Selection is pretty good in store from what I saw, but for anyone looking for real specific types of processors, motherboards, equipment there is a chance they might not carry it. They offer custom builds of computers if I remember correctly, you can buy all the stuff you need to build your own in here. My experience: I was cleaning out my custom build desktop of dust/dirt build up, installing a 2nd hard drive and a few other custom changes. I left one side panel of the case off, was running the pc. This is where I did something stupid, I had to move a wire away from the processor fan, it was slowly moving towards it, no time to power off etc. I reached in, moved it and my finger tip barely hit the Processor cooling fan. Almost sliced the tip of my finger off and also broke a blade off the fan. It started making a god awful noise and my fear was damage to the computer. Thankfully there was none. On my tablet I went online looking for a replacement fan, found out I had a very odd size fan in both MM width and height. Very few sites carried any, even newegg.com and amazon.com. I didn't want to buy something I think would work and then have to return it, plus 3 day shipping at least. So i looked locally, thought of this place and sure enough they had exactly what I wanted and needed. It was just slightly cheaper in store, shipping online would have been $15 and in store was about $10. They were helpful, helped me to the area of cooling fans and helped me find the right one. In the end I recommend this place for service and in a pinch selection. Try support your local business and shop there, they have plenty of items and i'm sure you can find some things worth the in-store purchase rather than ordering and waiting for online shipping. It's very convenient and found it to be for my situation.

Selection is quite good for a location in a town this size, staff are not aggressive but they are there if you need them, and prices are good. I was shopping for a new MackBook on my most recent visit and ended up picking up an out of box Pro with lots of software for an incredible value. You know you are living in a town with a decent Best Buy when your brain automatically defaults to stopping in when you have an electronics need and that is the case here.

One time I went in to inquire about wiping a MacBook and was told it was free. I made an appointment and took it in. Not free at all. $150! I went in today and met with a young lady about trading in my watch. She was insistent that it wasn't eligible for trade in yet when I had just checked at home. She checked another way and found dit was indeed eligible and issued the gift card I requested. She was smug and I felt she was rude. Another time I went in and was told by a manager that "wow you buy a lot of watches". Don't think it is any of their business but I happen to have a large family and buy for them. I think I will go to Appleton from now on.
