Due to the price of the component which was reasonable I weighed my options and opted not to have it repaired. I came in and paid the Diagnostics and he disposed of my TV at no charge. I am more than satisfied with my interaction with this business and the gentleman. He treated me like a valued customer even though it was my first time. Even with coming in so close to closing time I felt like I was a priority and received immediate attention. Very professional and pleasant the whole time. Great business. I will be coming back.

It's disappointing that he can't do small stuff; especially given that the chip in question is downright huge by the standards of phones and such; but I'm giving 4 stars anyway because he didn't attempt to do something he couldn't, destroying my parts in the process. I still have my parts and can send them to someone that specializes in the small stuff, and that's actually one of the better results I've had with local soldering shops. I wouldn't bring him anything too intricate, but he would be my first stop for something easy like a TV.

After…read morewandering around the store for about 15 minutes and not seeing any watches, I asked one of the staff. She politely sent me to the wrong location. I accessed one of the screens placed around the store that provide locations. It didn't work. I asked the friendly customer service person for directions. She provided them and used her radio to ask someone to meet me. I stood around in the location provided for about 10 minutes - no watches, no help. I walked out of that store after nearly 40 minutes of encountering one episode of incompetence after another. I've shopped at Targets since the first one opened near St. Paul, MN, and this has been my worst Target experience. I put this down to poor management.
