We had a look ourselves and managed to fix it with a new charger cable. It has been working perfectly ever since. Other people would have just paid £600 and still had the same problem. My dad has recently used them too and they failed to find the whole problem until my dad suggested they check the graphics card which they then did and added another £250 to the bill. My gut says not to trust these people considering they seem to know very little about faulty computers.
