The stickers saying what network they're locked to were wrong on two of the phones I bought they need to check their phones more thoroughly. got my son a Samsung phone from here and Christmas morning we find out the touch screen isn't working properly what a disappointment. won't be buying phones from here anymore till they actually give them a proper check before selling them. The upside to this place is the staff are extremely nice and friendly. They work really hard to fix the issues so the customer service is amazing.

Friendly, helpful staff; reasonably good prices when you sell them old games and a lot less hassle…read morethan dealing with ebay. Good place to shop for games as well and if you sell to them for store credit, you get a good uplift on the price as compared with what you get for cash. A pleasant experience, and a good way of turning old games into either new games or cash. Recommended.

The shop is large though, and is good for browsing at things such as screens and keyboards which you really want to get an idea of size before buying.

There is a range of computing equipment on display including paper reams, inks and of course printers and fax machines in abundance. They also have satellite navigation systems for your car and satellite tv. There is a also a large range of smaller items from batteries to bulbs, cables of every description and much inbetween. There are usually quite a few customers browsing. They also have a desk at the back of the store specifically for queries which is really useful and they always seem to have plenty of staff ready to serve so you aren't hanging around waiting. You can get some really great brand toys at a good price but most of the time the kind of toys you find in there are not the latest thing and vary in quality. The shop itself is a decent size but it always feel really overcrowded, like they're trying to cram as many toys as possible in there and aren't taking into account how difficult mothers with prams or wheelchair users may find getting round the shop.
