I came to the computer store in Ripon (my local shop) to attempt to recover pictures and documents from two hard drives from older computers that were freezing up. I was told that the first hard drive had the pictures on OneDrive and none were on the hard drive and was charged $29 for the diagnostic. I brought in a second hard drive from another computer to attempt a second recovery because I knew that the pictures were definitely stored on there and brought an external hard drive for the transfer. The owner stated that he wanted to charge me $399 for the hard drive repair and an additional $150 for the data transfer by text after a few days. I decided not to do the work and came in to pick up my internal and external hard drive. The owner seemed surprised of my decision and threw out a hypothetical question on what the pictures were worth. I was confused on why he would even ask me that question but just told him that they were not worth the estimate that he gave me. I asked him a question about the first hard drive and telling him that I was 100% sure that the pictures were on the computer and asked him to explain it to me again and to "talk to me like I am dumb with computers and not like I am an idiot". He looked puzzled with my statement but the whole experience was condescending from day one each time that I asked a question about my computers. He is very knowledgeable but will make you feel like an idiot for asking any question to try and understand the recovery process. Both internal hard drives were taken to Computer Pros in Stockton and Erik the owner was the true computer expert. He explained the repairs to me and made me feel appreciated as a customer. Erik stated that if he could not retrieve the documents and pictures that there would be no cost. He stated to me that the second internal hard drive and external hard drive were toast and that the documents and pictures could not be retrieved. I understand that the internal hard drive could have been jacked up because I had the first place take the drive off the repair process before it finished but my external hard drive was not broken when I brought it in to him. Thank goodness that Erik was able to retrieve the documents and pictures that the first shop said were not on the internal hard from the beginning. He was able to retrieve 100% of the 12 GB of data. If anybody is willing to drive to Stockton for computer repairs, I highly recommend Computer Pros with Erik. They are top notch with knowledge and customer care was amazing. He also does remote work to save you that trip if it fits your needs. I will be coming back for future computer needs.

They once installed a television in our conference room and charged us an outrageous fee, way out of the norm. They charged me about twice the hourly rate that is normal for this area to work on my system, and did nothing. I found that the guy in my office traded services with them, perhaps why he was good with EZ Network. I then terminated using them, however I did continue them and paid them a monthly fee to administer my Microsoft 365. I since relocated my law office and severed my ties with EZ Network and started working directly with Microsoft to set up my own separate account for MS 365. I had Microsoft and my IT guy on the phone and called EZ Network so they could provide Microsoft the email address for which they held my domain. Microsoft required this for security purposes before they could relicense my domain that I actually own. EZ Network refused to give it to them. They said were too busy to tell them. Now my law practice is down without having the ability to use email. They are basically holding a domain that I own hostage. Don't use them!

I decided to go to lockeford Mini Storage where I went through what any family hopes not to go through. After I fell very sick as I have anticoagulant lupus I was not able to run my online store causing me to fall 3 months behind. I am a firm believer of pay your own way so I don't feel good or entitled when I know I owe money but one thing I did feel was determined to get them their money so I felt better knowing I made things right. Well I got the full amount the morning of the auction on March 18. I had until 10am to pay. The nightmare became my reality when the manager of the facility wouldn't allow me to pay a partial and head down to put the cash in her hand or on my card to make full payment before the 10am deadline. 9:38 to 9:59 she argued with me, hung up on me, belittled me, and lied to me, by the time I made it there and to wait for the cops the lady said I could buy it for the amount I owed to them from the person who bought mine and my daughter's only belongings we had left after losing our home we rented for 4 years to the county after the landlord failed to pay the permits on the property so once again my world fell apart and we have nothing left. She could of just taken my money but instead she decided to breach her on contract and make me suffer. I didn't even receive a letter of declaration to respond which legally I am supposed to have and to top it off the slap in the face was my important documents weren't returned but two boxes with some family photos thrown in mixed with garbage and a letter addressing the fact they didn't open my box:( talk about a nightmare. I still can't get the day out of my head. I lost so much of my life and my daughter has lost her clothes her toys:(. I really really can't believe the way I was treated even though I still had the time to pay her. Be careful what you store and where. Some if us don't have a choice but if you do don't store everything you have because they don't care.:( Now I have to go through the courts to get justice but it doesn't replace the sentimental things

You can also park on the street in front of this location if the tiny lot is full. The inside is small and sometimes you don't even see an employee when you enter. We have had to leave a package on the counter before when we were in a hurry because it wouldn't fit in the drop and after waiting a few minutes there was still no employee in sight but it's great for a quick drop off of small items.
