    Take this review as constructive criticism A former elite…read morereviewer I can get nitpicky I'll keep it at a 4 star because I very much support small businesses and wish you more success. Overall the experience was good until I got my items back. Staff answer the phones for the most part, they called back, was very kind and helpful. Having my pc and laptop, staff called to tell me my pc was fine and they would upgrade the windows and my laptop (gamer laptop) had some melted issues but they would proceed. To clean my pc and upgrade to windows 11 was $99. To first hear it was like ok this a bit much in this climate but after some time it felt worth it. Staff worked on it and had it done before closing. Thank you very much. I am a content creator and needed my electronics back. I refused to get the gaming laptop worked on as I probably would have the same issues. Upon pick up my husband went for me and didn't look at the pieces before returning home. Nothing was mentioned to him about what had transpired. I couldn't do anything until the next day when I seen it. 1. My pc D drive was unplugged (I'm not too knowledgeable so had to YouTube my way to undo the computer and plug it back in) 2. My laptop was further damaged and now comes on and off as I open it sadly I'm now counting its days I only had it for a couple years and although melted from charging a lot it was in immaculate condition on the exterior. Now I'm seeing the inside of my laptop on the back corner . Staff then said yes a hinge broke while trying to find the issue. A 1k laptop 3. Temporary closing for a break time should be followed. I was in a rush and had my baby with me so I didn't read the contract thoroughly. Any damage done from them would be waived and I accepted. I'm not mad just some improvements you could work on. 1. Tell the customer what happened and maybe a short apology before I get home and find them. This would of been a easy fix for my attitude. 2. Maybe write what you unplugged to run your system on the pc and then plug the cords back. This could of went left as I initially thought a part was stolen. Again overall this place is good. They don't lie about issues, they are kind and price reasonable. However, I would not get a gaming laptop worked on here or anywhere as this is my first go round getting it looked at leaving with a worse laptop. Last call staff explain liability, I left it at that and respectfully came to Yelp.

    Beware of this company! Go elsewhere! I used its services over the past few years because the guy…read moreI shared office space with used them for network maintenance before I leased space. They once installed a television in our conference room and charged us an outrageous fee, way out of the norm. They charged me about twice the hourly rate that is normal for this area to work on my system, and did nothing. I found that the guy in my office traded services with them, perhaps why he was good with EZ Network. I then terminated using them, however I did continue them and paid them a monthly fee to administer my Microsoft 365. I since relocated my law office and severed my ties with EZ Network and started working directly with Microsoft to set up my own separate account for MS 365. I had Microsoft and my IT guy on the phone and called EZ Network so they could provide Microsoft the email address for which they held my domain. Microsoft required this for security purposes before they could relicense my domain that I actually own. EZ Network refused to give it to them. They said were too busy to tell them. Now my law practice is down without having the ability to use email. They are basically holding a domain that I own hostage. Don't use them!

He is competent and explains in language that the neophyte can understand. Highly recommended. His main work is on computers, but he knows iPhones hands down.

I decided to go to lockeford Mini Storage where I went through what any family hopes not to go through. After I fell very sick as I have anticoagulant lupus I was not able to run my online store causing me to fall 3 months behind. I am a firm believer of pay your own way so I don't feel good or entitled when I know I owe money but one thing I did feel was determined to get them their money so I felt better knowing I made things right. Well I got the full amount the morning of the auction on March 18. I had until 10am to pay. The nightmare became my reality when the manager of the facility wouldn't allow me to pay a partial and head down to put the cash in her hand or on my card to make full payment before the 10am deadline. 9:38 to 9:59 she argued with me, hung up on me, belittled me, and lied to me, by the time I made it there and to wait for the cops the lady said I could buy it for the amount I owed to them from the person who bought mine and my daughter's only belongings we had left after losing our home we rented for 4 years to the county after the landlord failed to pay the permits on the property so once again my world fell apart and we have nothing left. She could of just taken my money but instead she decided to breach her on contract and make me suffer. I didn't even receive a letter of declaration to respond which legally I am supposed to have and to top it off the slap in the face was my important documents weren't returned but two boxes with some family photos thrown in mixed with garbage and a letter addressing the fact they didn't open my box:( talk about a nightmare. I still can't get the day out of my head. I lost so much of my life and my daughter has lost her clothes her toys:(. I really really can't believe the way I was treated even though I still had the time to pay her. Be careful what you store and where. Some if us don't have a choice but if you do don't store everything you have because they don't care.:( Now I have to go through the courts to get justice but it doesn't replace the sentimental things
