UPS many times misdelivers to wrong address then I have to go hunt it down. Also sometimes reports as delivered when it was not actually delivered yet. Finally today they delivered a mangled package to the wrong address. Either they accepted a mangled package, which they should never do, or they mangled it after receipt and delivered the mangled package, which they should never do.

Alex Davila gave me a reasonable quote and kept track of the temperature to be assured of a good outcome (the product had a requirement of a minimum of 50 degree weather for proper installation.) He came out once we had a week of fair weather and installed the product for me. I was so impressed with his care and precision. The result is absolutely perfect and was done in far less time than I anticipated. I would hire Alex and First Impression Graphics for any future job within their scope. Cliffsnnotes version: If customer service is important to you go elsewhere. Full version: I dropped off my family bible March 27, 2024. The A&H personnel were polite and friendly. The person who would be replacing the family bible's cover was about to have surgery and they clearly indicated it would be in June 2024 when it would be ready for pickup. I called the listed number for A&H late May or early June and was transferred to an answering machine. I clearly left my name and phone number. I never received a call back. So today, June 13, 2024, I had some time and had hoped to pick up the bible. Allegedly A&H is open at 7 AM M-F. I left a second message at roughly 8-something AM. After a half hour or so I tried calling around four times. No answer. Perhaps another half-hour while walking I would estimate I called at least another 40 times...finally someone answered. No the bible was not ready. It should be ready for pickup next Thursday June 20. I "pray" A&H's craftsmanship refurbishing the family bible is better than it's communication with it's customers.
