Then the next day, they still claimed they couldn't log in, after I asked if they had inspect it. The owner said no, but suddenly said it needed a motherboard replacement, which didn't make sense. Still got charged a diagnosis fee for an inconsistent evaluation. On top of that, the owners were arguing in front of customers, which was unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Really nice guy, good etiquette and lovely customer handling skills helped me once again with the screen replacement this time and as always reasonable price. I went there and there was this guy Nemo(he was a delightful young man) who explained me how this usually happens and what can be done to prevent it in the future. I never thought it would happen, but it (finally?) did - I dropped my iPhone 6 onto its face and…read moreshattered the glass. The sensitivity was still fine, but the little glass shards would sometimes break off and stab me in the leg, so I thought it best to get it fixed. One place near us advertised a price on their website of over $120 to fix it, so when I called P&P and talked with Zach, and he said it'd only cost $80, I was sold. Plus, the fact that he said it would only take 2-3 hours (for I was concerned I'd have to leave it overnight or so), this gave me a chance to hit the gym and run some errands. Pros: +Location: in a plaza, which gives a good amount of parking, and it's real easy to get to and get out of. +Service quality: When I came by to pick it up, it was all set, looking like a new iPhone. Seriously, looking at it, you can't even tell I ever dropped it. Very nice work. +Cost: My total cost (plus tax) came out to $83 bucks. (much better than some competitors in the area) +Employees: Zach's the only guy I met, but he was a nice guy and very knowledgeable about fixing electronics. +Great for iPhone repairs +Sells iPhones (6 and below, if they're available) +Fixes computers (I saw a couple up front being worked on) +Has a website Cons: -Zach was the only guy there when I went, so unless there's another person there, I can see it taking a little longer for things to get done on a busy day. Needless to say, they've gained a loyal customer for future electronic repair needs.

He told me he had the parts in stock and that I can swing by. I arrive at 9:15 am and I told him I would wait for the repair and the gentlemen who I assumed is the owner told me it should be done by 11:00 - 11:30 am. So I hung out and waited. Taking in the aesthetic of business you can tell it's been here for a while with their out dated tech being displayed and old posters with phones of yesteryear. They even had a poster of a HTC phone which isn't even around anymore. I didn't care, all I wanted was my phone to be fixed. He took my phone and told me the cost to repair the phone was $315. He said the display is very expensive but he didn't give me a break down of what the screen cost and the labor to repair it. I sat back and waited and just like that he was done with my phone at 11:00 am. Good as new. Yes they are expensive but he got my phone fixed and done same day and with the quickness. I appreciate the quality work that 911 Tech Repair did. No complaints except it's a bit pricy but what can I do?
