worst fucking spot ever, usually takes a few business days to get ur screen repaired and they usually don't order parts when told, they wait a few days to even order it...and at that i thought this was a computer repair store, should they not have some of the parts already to begin with? if there was an option for 0 stars that's where i would rate it. read more

If I could rate it no stars I would. Took them more then a week to even get started on my phone would tell me they would update me the next day and never did. Customer service was horrible . No communication!I would have to call everyday just to even get an update which when I would call the young girl answering would have like a snobby attitude for some reason. Hate the fact I had to call everyday to even try to get an update I hated to be that customer that was bugging everyday but cmon they kept lying to me everyday when I called they said they were working on the phone then on Fridaythey told me it hasn't even been looked at like what? They constantly lied for what‍ when I said I want my phone and money back to go to someone that can fix it soon the next morning they said it was ready. I jst didn't appreciate the no communication. since I needed my phone fixed I understand a couple days but more then a week? With no update unless I called ? The owner ( I don't remember his name ) was nice but the communication was horrible. Was trying to support a small buissness in town but Def won't go back. read more

These people do not keep their word. They'll tell you something when you drop it off and another thing when you pick them up. They aren't trust worthy at all, had the lady tell me to report my phone lost rather than turn it in to the insurance company! They are always bragging about how great Christians they are.... uhmm yeah ok. Don't come here and if you have to, try to make sure you have things in writing read more

Maaaaaan If i could id give it zero stars, came in on a sunday to replace a tablet screen, was told it had to be ordered because it wasnt on hand and would be here on thursday i was fine with that; forgot and called on friday and was told that its not here yet and to call rhem back in the evening. So i called and they told me it hasnt arrived and that it wouldnt get there till neeeeeext thursday. If you didnt place the order for my screen just that read more

You get what you pay for couldn't be more true. Initially I thought they did a great job replacing the cracked screen on my iPad. Cost was almost half the other places I contacted. Six months later the screen makes all sorts of crazy movements as if someone is swiping back and forth and clicking on app icons. I called them asking about the warranty period and go figure it's only for four months. How convenient is that?! VERY disappointed and won't ever go back. read more

i had them repair my laptop a few years ago, because it was really slow. i had microsoft office 2013, and when i got my laptop back, i had the 2007 version. like wth? and then my mousepad would be weird and it would randomly click things and move everywhere. read more

I could not get off the back battery plate and asked store rep for assistance. The rep get the old battery out and replaced with new fresh battery in about 1 minute. I asked what I owed and was presented a $17.35 bill. I was not informed there was a charge for putting in the 3.00 battery. I did pay the bill and lodged a complaint with Battery Plus Corporate. To my great surprise Matt, the Store Manager, said he agreed with my assessment, had a meeting to instruct everyone to inform work costs before proceeding, and said that he would give me a full refund which he did on 2-4-2026. I am quite pleased that Matt was so forthright in giving my full purchase price back. I give high kudos to Matt and all the Batteries Plus store personnel. After opening up the back of my TV he discovered that the power board on the TV was fried. He then advised me that to get a replacement power board would be about $350. So, for his $119 service call charge to come by for initial analysis plus the part and return service call for also $119, I had a fully restored 85" TV for about $570, vs the cost of replacement TV for about $1800. Joe definitely knows what he is doing and is a true professional. I'd recommend him to any family member or friend.

The owner and operator of this place is very friendly and knowledgeable. I brought in a touch screen laptop for repair of my cracked screen, he only charged me $100!! Another time I brought it in for microsoft office programs. Came in next day, $25 for all 2010 microsoft office programs..word, powerpoint, excel!!! If you have any issues with your computer, this is the place to go!!. The owner/operator is Jorge. He does excellent work and gives you warranty. This place is set-up like an internet cafe. People come in to use really nice computers set up with webcams. They sell a variety of computer accessories,parts, laptops, TV's, and sometimes apple products. I think he also has a fax service. Like most computer repair places, he does virus removals, antivirus installs, hardware repair/replacement. Depending on what is wrong with your computer, he checks youre computer out for FREE!! Behind the building is a long driveway to park or sometimes i would park next to building. Of all the places ive gone for computer repair, I have to say this is the best one. 12/11/2013 Was first worried about bringing my computer here as I always bring it to big retail electronic places and they charge you arm and leg. Oh well might as well try it since first review was good. Jorge person who runs the place was very nice. I left the laptop to him to fix the monitor. Wow next day I got a call that he fixed and found the problem. The fee was excellent!! compare to major retail electronic store. Plus he was honest on what was wrong with it. Came back few days to bring another computer this time a hard drive - he opened and looked at it and right on the spot he fixed it and don't even want to charge me for it. I can't charge my computer for couple days. I call several shops and they usually asking $40～$50 for a check(not including fix and other services). But this store only need $15, so my uncle sends my computer to their shop. They find out the problem (I'm over using it; then the computer lock itself for protection.) They help me fix it, then don't asking for paid!!! The said it is not a big deal for them and help my for free. People try help you in this shop rather than make money from your wallet.
