The owner and operator of this place is very friendly and knowledgeable. I brought in a touch screen laptop for repair of my cracked screen, he only charged me $100!! Another time I brought it in for microsoft office programs. Came in next day, $25 for all 2010 microsoft office programs..word, powerpoint, excel!!! If you have any issues with your computer, this is the place to go!!. The owner/operator is Jorge. He does excellent work and gives you warranty. This place is set-up like an internet cafe. People come in to use really nice computers set up with webcams. They sell a variety of computer accessories,parts, laptops, TV's, and sometimes apple products. I think he also has a fax service. Like most computer repair places, he does virus removals, antivirus installs, hardware repair/replacement. Depending on what is wrong with your computer, he checks youre computer out for FREE!! 12/11/2013 Was first worried about bringing my computer here as I always bring it to big retail electronic places and they charge you arm and leg. Oh well might as well try it since first review was good. Jorge person who runs the place was very nice. I left the laptop to him to fix the monitor. Wow next day I got a call that he fixed and found the problem. The fee was excellent!! compare to major retail electronic store. Plus he was honest on what was wrong with it. Came back few days to bring another computer this time a hard drive - he opened and looked at it and right on the spot he fixed it and don't even want to charge me for it. Can't say enough about this business! Not only did they take care of my problem but they did it immediately while I waited and they didn't charge me very much either. I can't charge my computer for couple days. I call several shops and they usually asking $40～$50 for a check(not including fix and other services). But this store only need $15, so my uncle sends my computer to their shop. They find out the problem (I'm over using it; then the computer lock itself for protection.) They help me fix it, then don't asking for paid!!! The said it is not a big deal for them and help my for free. People try help you in this shop rather than make money from your wallet.
