If I can give zero stars I would avoid this place this place is simply for crackheads. They have absolutely know idea what they are talking about. This store doesn't sell any higher end items to locals. I asked if this was all they had and they said they have some higher end stuff on eBay. I asked if I could check it out and they said no, they give it to a third party to handle that. So I wouldn't pawn anything higher end here as they are just going to blow it out on eBay. If I could give it a 0 stars I would without a heart beat. Firstly the one and only issue was I went in to the store to pawn in some gold jewelry roughly worth around 3,000$. I've never had any forms of issue as I had pawned the same jewelry with them on multiple occasions in the past. It came to shock when I realized they have undoubtedly swapped my real gold jewelry for fake gold. I spoke to employees and managers and they agreed and accepted they were at fault as they hired a third party person to deal with jewelry. This third party were the ones who swapped the jewelry inside of their store. They refuse to assist me when they were the ones who hired the other people. I have since filed a formal complaint with the BBB and also filed a lawsuit against them. Please do not come here they lost all of their reputation after this incident. read more

I came here few months ago and purchased 2 14k gold chains for $1130 total. I thought I was getting a pretty sweet deal but now I know why it was reasonably cheap. Turns out that one of the "14k" gold chain I bought was really 10k gold!!! An innocent mistake on their behalf...? Maybe if they just buy gold from people and don't bother acid testing it before they pay for it... I highly doubt that!
