You could definitely find fruits, vegetables, yogurt, breads, and honey; however, what brings this from 3 stars to 4 stars are the variety of food vendors that attend the market. As you drive by, you'll tend to see about five to eight food trucks serving Jamaican, Philly Cheesesteaks, Birria, Tacos, Pupusas, Churros, and American BBQ. My favorite vendors here are Battambong BBQ, which has a great reputation for their barbecue with Cambodian flavors and Churros Don Abel Jr, for their made-to-order churros. Unfortunately, Battambong was not present this week (as the chef was on vacation for the week), but I'll be back soon for Battambong's delicious smoked brisket and Cambodian-style sausages. Overall, this is a small, local farmer's market with excellent food choices; however, you can definitely find the fresh fruits and vegetables if that's what you seek.

And mind you, perhaps you'll get a better tasting batch of strawberries maybe? The stall is in a church's parking lot, I believe, although I parked on the street and walked over. Went around an hour before closing. It's $8 for a pound of strawberries, so definitely not cheap. Especially when you can get strawberries for roughly $2.5/lb at Costco or even as low as $2/lb at other stores. I have really fond memories of buying strawberries from Thacker Berries back in middle school, and them tasting AMAZING. I don't know if I need to wait until even later in the seasons, but these were marginally "better" if not equivalent to the strawberries I buy at any other supermarket. I don't consider the 4x pricing worth it. The real killer was when I was cutting my strawberries, and the first one which was really large and promising, essentially ended up being rotted all the way through... My experience was essentially the same when I bought strawberries from another of their booths a couple of years ago. There's nothing really that stands out that makes them worth the extreme upcharge. I cannot tell if the flavor/quality has dropped or if I need to wait until the weather gets even warmer. Not sure if I plan on trying them again after two expensive misses.

I forgot to revise the review with the change of its location at 16521 Adenmoor, probably since 2 yrs or so ago. Thought I dropped a review to the new additions--please see photos of the other vendors. The parking lot is pretty sizable. If you're driving northbound from Bellflower Blvd, once you turn right on Belmont, the parking lot n market will be on your left. There are definitely more vendors & not just fresh fruits & vegetables but also, kefir yogurts, coffee, tamales, fresh flowers, agua fresca, honey, dairy from Chino, arts & craft (candles, lotions, jewelry) & so much more. Vendors are friendly. There are a few tables, chairs to enjoy your treats. The vibe is like a family affair, easy going. Today a raffle is up (ticket per vendor you supported) to win $100 to spend at this market, great idea to bring it back to help support the community. I love that it grew, hope it continues to provide this farmer so market in the City of Bellflower. Got my bread n tamales--, sooooo good, all that's left were beef n sweet corn, got the beef with the green salsa-fresh n tasty! Nice little fmr mkt but it has much to offer-- come support these farmers & vendors!
