I've been coming to this shop for months--not just twice--and I've finally had enough. There's one budtender who constantly has an attitude. Every time I deal with her, she's rude, dismissive, and makes the experience miserable. Today, she came out with a mouth full of food, trying to talk over loud music. When I told her I couldn't hear her and asked if she could speak up, she got snappy and said, "Let me finish," like I was bothering her. What makes this even more upsetting is that I'm hard of hearing--something I've already told her before. I've also let her know I'm disabled. She didn't care. In fact, she mocked me. The lack of basic decency is disgusting. And to top it off, I found out about a death in my family TODAY, so walking into this kind of energy made it even worse. I tried to get in touch with the manager weeks ago about the same budtender, but she's nearly impossible to reach. When I finally got through, she brushed me off like none of it mattered. Nobody here cares--not about how you feel, how you're being treated, or whether disabled customers are disrespected. Sure, most of the other budtenders are cool. But what good is that when management refuses to take action against the one who keeps crossing the line? You want good reviews? Treat people better--especially the ones who actually come back and support your business. Needed some tree late @night when every other dispo in Fashion District was closed so pulled up randomly to this spot. Little sketch area ngl I was a little scared @first lol BUT then I went inside which is closed off and locked and it's very professional in there I love it.
