The lady with all the piercings with the short hair at the front desk should be ashamed of the way she speaks to and treats elderly patients. They took my grandfathers portable oxygen concentrater to be "fixed" which they never planned on getting fixed in the first place. They left him walking around with heavy oxygen tanks that he couldn't carry which in turn kept him at home. All because I assume they make more money giving out tanks instead of portable concentraters. Poor excuse for employees aswell as a poor excuse for a company, we took our business elsewhere.
