Noteworthy is Bob who practices a holistic approach to recovery and wellness through yoga, meditation, pain management, mindfullness and exercise. She is an exceptional performer. A more practical application of the 12 Step program to include daily AA meetings, Big Book study, Sponsor matching and 12 Step work would greatly enhance the overall treatment and success of its patients. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Seeking treatment at this center after 20+ years battling addiction saved my life. I had never gone…read moreto treatment and this was best decision I have ever made. The staff from the first person on the phone to nurses, counselors and doctors were amazing and caring people. Well educated and versed in treating addiction and my PTSD. The facilities are nearly brand new and very well maintained. The sober living residence are so comfortable and feel like home. The kitchen staff and food is very good and much healthier than I expected. Not all treatment centers are for everyone and there is no cure for addiction. But in the other review by Gregg M he stated a number of things that are not true and one that is true. First for the truth,he stated that most of the clients were addicted to drugs,we'll yeah it is a drug and alcohol rehab. Now for the lies,I would highly doubt that he witnessed anyone shooting drugs. You and your stuff is given a thorough search for contraband, and the staff is very good at that. The staff was not quitting all the time because I was there in March of 2015 and still continue to volunteer there to this day and the staff then is the staff that is there now with a few additional staff members now. As for staff not showing up for groups, that may happen at times when a staff member is dealing with a crisis or a new intake. You are in group for nearly 8 hours a day and if the instructor can not make it you have free time to reflect on the day or work on assignments. That is being treated as an adult. Now for his claim that the doctors recommend medication and as a patient you can refuse it,they will not give it to you and say it's something else. That is unethical and illegal. When reading Greggs other yelp reviews I noticed he doesn't really like people in the medical field and especially those that refuse him pain medication. I can only speak from my experience but I will say that for those suffering from addiction to do your research and pick the best place for you. After all you are trying to save your life right?

My mother was in the memory unit. Our experience was that it was severely understaffed. She…read morewould press her button and no one came. Or she didn't remember to press her button. I called the front desk to tell them. Often the front doesn't answer their phone ! Her room smelled often, one time so badly I got sick and had to leave her room. Wet beds stayed wet! I once told them it was wet and we would be back in four hours. It was still wet and not made four hours later. The staff were usually nice, but that wasn't enough if there aren't enough staff to help. My mom called me crying, and said if she stays at fountain square she would rather die. I have moved her, it is safe, clean, she can eat where she desires, she is excited about living and thrilled she left in mid May 2025. They still charged us for the month even tho we left on the 15 th. Before you sign up, walk in and see how many caregivers are walking around or in the hallway!!! Also, they have assigned seating for lunch. Really, it's not preschool. Not good for meeting new people. Their pictures are excellent on Facebook. However, that's not patients care. This is our experience. Check it out yourself. There is more, I have written more specifics on Facebook.

We have moved Mom to a skilled nursing facility but are forever grateful for the Fountain Square team. How do you thank Naomi and her team for literally SAVING our Mother's life during a cookie choking incident. Their life saving skills brought Mother back to life on the floor of the hallway. No words or star ratings can express our gratitude. Needless to say my family and I highly recommend Fountain Square.
