Called this store- the gentleman that answered was very polite and said he was sure he could help. I got there and was treated with nothing but respect. The gentleman who owns the shop took all the broken glass out of my vape and put it back together. Turns out he also had two bottles of my fave juice - he nicked it up for me and I was back in business. He even provided the hard to find covers so my tank is protected from shattering. This shop is top shelf!! If you come to DC and need vape supplies - this is the ONKY store you need to go to. I will definitely shop here again.

The quality is good but one thing you could count on with Exotic Blooms is that they were 100% Who they said they were... Now some of their products are to be questioned as some even has seeds, which is a little disappointing they feel because they discounted for such a low price for me as a customer. I look for value and quality and quantity at a reasonable price... Not give me what you want. That's less quality because you think I want it and I'm desperate. Also, I don't know if they're changing their growers, but there is a lot of hybrids and sativa's... Maybe this is because the area is changing but I can tell you that this is very much a turn off as it is not catering as much as it used to for patience with medical needs. They used to be extremely versed in this understanding that medical needs usually meant dominant Indica... Even though sativa says it helps with Medical. It is not truly the case when it's compared to a dominant INDICA strand. I feel that they're losing a little of their reputation with allowing these different growers to come in. With up selling... I used to look so forward to their clearance items and their telegram deals... Now everything has changed I'm wondering if they're under new management because it's just not the same... the good news is they have pretty good customer service and their drivers are good with communication. My homeboy and I like to sit on the couch with a good football game and smoke a good Indica joint from this reputable company, but now we're questioning the reputation as it seems to be leaning more towards more quantity with higher prices than remembering their customers who are on the lower and like everyone has lost their jobs! Where we look forward to a good Exotic bloom joint and a good football game at reasonable prices caring about their quality...
