Placed a call to Lodi Shell not expecting an answer but was incredibly surprised by the positive tone and urgency that Bryan responded. He was incredibly quick, took less than 20 minutes just as he provided as an ETA. He quickly used the battery pack to start car. After hearing we had over 100 miles to our next destination, he said he would be hesitant to drive that far due to possible damage to alternator. He said he would be happy to check if they had the correct battery. We followed him back to the shop in Lodi, he quickly found the correct battery and changed 100 times faster than I could have done it. Not only was Bryan an incredibly nice guy, he also talked about how he really liked working for the owner (don't hear that much nowadays) and the generous support the owner provided to the community. 100% recommend Lodi Shell! When the guy got there, he couldn't get his tire iron on the spare to get it down (spare was too rusty). When I called back I explain the situation and what car I was calling about and said that the guy couldn't help us. They hung up. Luckily the guy that did show up was able to give us a tow. He made it worth while for us. Glad to give someone who looks for a solution even when he can't carry us all the way out money.
